I had one of the rooms in the annexe by the pool that I had requested and it was as I remembered, big bed, sufficient facilities, clean and welcoming. I was delighted they remembered I had decaff coffee and had put some in my room without my asking. Huge portion of scallops with lovely sauce in the evening and the usual excellent breakfast. Shared the dining room with a party having hot rock food so it was smoky but that was all part of the fun.
Had to wait a while in reception to check in and out.
Great breakfast, served to table, which I like. Friendly, helpful staff.
Door to en suite tended to get stuck and had to be pushed hard to open.
Clean, tidy, food good
Quiet Friendly staff Well located In-house restaurant & bar
Breakfast (croissants often not fresh, only other bread was toast) No wifi in room Room a bit too small
oversight, of no teaspoons in room, could do with hair dryer in room, after traveling from abroad
we stayed here on our honeymoon the food was excellent and the staff where very good. we would defintly stay again
Good comfortable twin beds and bathroom facilities - onsite dining area and bar and swimming pool. Live entertainment in the evening. Location good for catching the local bus. Full English Breakfast
Instructed not to use the towels for the swimming pool. Not enough milk for two to make a tea.
Everything was perfect. We stayed there for three nights in September 2014. The service was outstanding, accomodating our late arrival and arranging dinner for us. The room was not too big, but clean and confortable. The people working there are really helpful and happy to help, and it was a real pleasure all along. We enjoyed the pool, even if the weather was making it difficult :) If you are enjoying the island on foot or with the bus as we did, get a timetable of the buses, and count with +15min systematical delay, but that did not affect the quality of our stay. It's a perfect spot to enjoy Guernesey, with the long beaches nearby, and the easy access to the rest of the island with the buses.
Local bus service to many parts of the island and beautiful beaches was very close by. Bar and Bed and Breakfast service was relaxed clean and friendly. Food was basic and plentiful and reasonably priced. Location great.
The shower was a bit erratic and slow. The furniture around the lovely outdoor pool wasn't comfortable. No fresh fruit at breakfast.
Lovely, clean hotel. Room was big as was the bathroom. Hotel very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Donna and team for looking after us so well. Breakfast was lovely and evening meal was also lovely. Would highly recommend.
Very friendly staff good location for buses all and all visit was to short need to come again
My parents travelled over to Guernsey with my 10yr old daughter and stayed in a family room, chalet, close to the pool. They all raved about it! great location, lovely food, lovely staff, great buses and frankly they can't wait to get back over again. Based on their recommendation, I think I'll be heading over soon too!
The pool was right by our room. Lovely bistro restaurant next door which really suited us. Lots of families were eating in the hotel pub.
Room was a little bright with lights on outside coming through the curtains when kids going to bed. Not too much of a problem. Black out curtains would be great. Pool a little bit cold for kids to stay in too long but weather wasn't great at end August. Nice pool though.
It was close to the beach with beautiful sunsets. Staff friendly and helpful and food very good.

This hotel is situated a stones throw from one of the most beautiful beaches in Gurnsey. Bring all your beach needs with you and spend a fews days just hanging out and relaxing on the beach. There is a little beach kiosk for ice-cream and snacks. Who could ask for more!
Service at the hotel can be a bit "island time" :)
