Good sized room. Large comfortable bed. Choice of bath or shower. Spotlessly clean. Good choice of breakfast menu. The owners were very nice people to talk to.
Close to the Kent Showground, this B & B was ideal. A beautiful home with a nice atmosphere. Bedroom was large and the bathroom exceptional. A good, tasty well cooked breakfast.
Hosts were really helpfull and gave us a lot of indications of where to walk and where to eat Breakfast was amazing
We should have stayed longer
The owners were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for you.
Everything. Great bed, bathroom, breakfast, people, etc.
We liked everything about this place, hospitality at it's best. Clean, comfortable, spacious, convenient, a superb breakfast, every amenity, and great hosts.
We were made to feel at home and very comfortable. Jacqui and John made us welcome in their home, rooms were lovely and nothing was too much bother for them. Facilities were superb, and breakfasts set us up for the day. Hoping to go again
The bed was so comfy, the room was very spacious, the bathroom had great facilities, breakfast and hosts were high quality and the grounds are beautiful. EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY!
Nothing at all!!
Great hospitality. Huge and comfortable bathroom. Really enjoyed the stay.
... it is like being a pampered guest in someone's home with a lovely room, excellent food and welcoming hosts. If you want to stay in the area don't look anywhere else!
The size and quality of the room and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was good, plentiful and all tastes catered for. We would definitely stay again, and recommend to others.
Everything, particularly the owners, the welcome, wonderful breakfast and the very comfortable bed. Good local pub for good reasonably priced evening meal.
We felt very welcome, as did our two dogs. Excellent breakfast! Convenient for M20; would recommend as a cross-channel stopover or for an extended stay.
Pets allowed in the dining room.
The friendly personalised service that we received. Jacqui & John were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly return & recommend.
The room was brilliant, we had a family room so had a sofa and tv which made it really feel like home. When we arrived Jacqui made us a cup of tea and made us feel very welcome. The bathroom looked newly decorated with a lovely big bath, shower and heated towel rail with the softest towels I've ever felt, truly luxurious! The breakfast was delicious, you could taste the quality of the home grown bacon and sausages, the freshly squeezed orange juice (although not squeezed by them) was delicious and the coffee was yummy too. Great stay!
Warm wellcome , lovely room and a bathroom to die for. great home made breakfast
wrong time of the year to use there outdoor swimming pool
Very welcoming and good breakfast and overall excellent value.
The location was excellent as a resting point to within 1/2 hour travel via M20 to Folkestone. It also had a very good local pub with nice food that you could walk to.
The price was enough at £90 for a family room which was a compact twin bedded room for 2 adults with a child (on a sofa bed) but in the morning we were given a £10 supplement as well!!!!!

Very welcoming & friendly service
Nothing of note
We have just spent a couple of days in this lovely B & B. We were met by Jacqui (the owner/manager) and offered tea and delicious cake. The room was lovely and the bathroom was very modern and fantastic (I really loved the shower!). We really enjoyed our breakfast and appreciated the fact that a lot of the food was home produced. The family were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help and give advice as where to go in the area as we were very new to it. We would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone - just superb!
