This hotel offers traditional Malaysian hospitality in the heart of London's bustling Bayswater area, less than 600 metres from Hyde Park and Bayswater and Queensway London Underground stations.

good location, close to the tube station, silent area
quality of bad - narrow and too soft, breakfast is rather symbolic - toast and jam
I like : the comfort, the cleanliness, the wi-fi
I don't like the breakfast because it is too poor.
location and price
cleanliness just toast and a bowl of cereal for breakfast
Lack of choice for breakfast
Location excellent. Staff good but our bed was worn and constantly rolled us in to the centre. No excuse for worn out bed .
This is the second time I have stayed at the Wedgewood Hotel. The location is very good and near to restaurants, shops and the tube stations. The room was clean but could do with a bit of an update eg walls painting etc. The receptionist asked for ID which wasn't necessary?
Proximity to Bayswater/Queensway underground stations. Fresh white bed linen on a comfortable double bed. Price was OK and thinks not liked to be expected in a central London hotel.
Room was small, more akin to a room with a double bed for single occupancy. Difficult for 2 people to move around in. Breakfast was OK: tea/coffee, bread/toast, butter/jam and cornflakes/branflakes.
Location was excellent with underground stations within a comfortable walking distance. Although central London no traffic noise. Kettle and hairdryer in room was a good bonus.
Beds were no the most comfortable. If some investment was made win the beds and bedding (pillows) it would really bring up the comfort factor of the room. Wifi wasn't great.
The hotel was mis-sold. No double bed (just a camp bed), no bathroom (just a shower in a wardrobe) pathetic breakfast (just stale bread), no remote for the TV. It was a relief to get out. Don't go.
Close to the tube station and plenty of dining options close by.
Beds were a bit uncomfortable with springs broken in the mattresses.
The location is very good and easy excess to anywhere around london
The poor internet connection. Sometimes its working and sometimes its not.
OK location - and that's about all that is OK with this hotel.
The straff was not at all helpfull and sometimes rude, the breakfast was terrible (cheapest type of bread, same goes with jam, melted butter, tastless juice and instant coffee - that's what they call a breakfast buffe), the walls were thin as paper (we woke up at night and thought there were people in our room), the bathroom in our room were in a closet 10 cm from the bed, ans we couldn go on and on and on. So do your self a favor; stay away from this hotel. It's not even low price.
Good location and close to the tubes and buses. Friendly staff.
The bed was rather narrow and the mattress was a bit worn. The lift needs to be seen to - was very slow. The breakfast room was a bit small for the number of people.
We had a room on the top floor, so our Wifi connection was good and our room was cleaned every day.
Ironing facilities would be good
Decent location for the budget price. Clean linen and towels etc. Despite being small the 'bathroom' was clean enough too. Very little else though.
Very cramped rooms and bathroom (more like a closet). Poor mattress with uncomfortable bedsprings. Somewhat dirty corridors. Breakfast very simple, although not terrible.
The hotel has a good location in a nice area with really good resturants and walking distance to Portobello market and Notting Hill area. The room was nice and clean and it was a simple but ok breakfast. Good with Wi-Fi.
The Wi-Fi- connection was a little bit unstable. Too small breakfast room where we had to queue two of the days for breakfast.
The location, the price and lovely old buildilng
Clean hotel .
Poor breakfast - only jam and toast self service
The staff was pretty helpful and the underground was only five minutes away on foot.
Our double room was quite narrow. That was't a big problem but the bed was really uncomfortable at first but after the first night I got used to it. It was really noisy when other resident was walking by in front of our door and you also could hear every noise which happened in the corridor. Our room got window grilles from the inside so it wasn't too simple to open up the window.
Cleanliness was good, and reasonably quiet area
Hotel was very shabby with peeling paintwork, and scuffed furniture. Shower room was minuscule for a triple room, and they gave us 3 singles, when I requested a double/1single. Also had a huge sash window open out onto an unsecured balcony which my 3 yr old ran straight onto! Not suitable for families as room was cramped and bathroom disproportionately small.
-Location: nice neighborhood (lots of shops and restaurants) and close enough to station. -Room was ok. Our twin room was very minimal though..
-Breakfast choice: just 2 piles of white or brown bread stacked on top of each other and layed out in an unappealing way on a tray in a dark corner. Only 1 variety of tea bag, non- fresh orange juice out of a machine and cornflakes out of something that looks like an old candy machine. Also instant coffee (no machine)! The hotel obviously doesn't care too much about making it look nice. - No privacy from roommate in twin room because bathroom door was just a closet door that didn't close very well
perfect location good price
Staff were friendly
The room bedding
