Staff polite and very helpful, remedied problem with radiator in room quickly and efficiently. Lovely breakfast, good choice and hot food freshly cooked. Facilities and setting of hotel also very good. Just a couple of niggles. A 10 o clock check out is rather early for a Sunday!! Also, I was surprised that to have breakfast in room was charged so much extra -- that has not been case in other four star hotels have stayed in, regardless of whether on an "inclusive package" or not. |

Loved the generous size of the bed in the double room. Liked the little chocolate treats with the tea and coffee facilities, and also the bathroom giveaways. The grounds and outdoor seating areas were really lovely and relaxing. The stable bar, open in afternoons, was also lovely |

Reception lady very helpful. Breakfast table and some cutlery / crockery not clean.Tea / coffee served would have been nice as the hot jugs make it a little down market? |

The staff are friendly and professional We had a room which overlooked the bypass and back of hotel which was noisey at times especially when there were early morning deliveries.As we stayed more than one night I thought it would have been nicer to be given a room with a nicer view. |

Food was wonderful The fact the prices of drinks got more expensove as the evening went on and depenant on who served you at the bar. A small glass of rose had 4 differant prices within 1 hour |
