We liked everything at the hotel although we were only there for a very short time -emergency family business. The staff were excellent, the room was clean and very comfortable, the towels were the best we have had for years! The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was certainly value for money. Absolutely nothing!

The hotel was stunning, the staff fantastic, the food was beautiful, the only complaint is I upgraded and my room was nothing like what it showed on the booking, but I would definatly visit again but it is not worth upgrading!

The family room was huge and perfect for us and the price was great too. The hotel was nice, clean, staff were good etc - everything you need really! We could hear noise from the wedding disco quite late when sleeping (11-12ish) - it wasn't disturbing but distracting, though fortunately didn't wake our baby.

The room was small and the position of the bed with wardrobe next to it felt opressive and claustrophobic.... Very poor nights sleep indeed

It's a good location and close to Airport . ample parking. Gives a good filling. In the Bar while having drink ask for some pea- nuts /nibbles. We are told we sold them, never sold them. But you can get them in the pub. I do not think it's the right way to direct a hotel guest to like this!!

I really liked the settings of the hotel grounds, apart from the whether of course. The pub was absolutely amasing. The food in the pub was good. For the grand nature of the hotel the room was very standard. The bath was chipped and the a bad smell was always present from the bathroom. The shower was powerful which is good. The breakfast was a bit pricey £10 for as much as you can eat but so for slim people too much. The buisness event was good too. The car park was too far from the reception, which is ok when not raining but I got soaked along with my bags and was also muddy when I got out of my vehicle and stepped right into a puddle.

Friendly staff and excellent service. Good breakfasts and perfect location for visiting my daughter. Enjoyed the wifi service. The television service was not as full as I would have liked. Perhaps sky or another provider for the hotel and, just a thought, availability of wireless headphones at the desk.

Weetwood Hall is welcoming and an extremely well run facility. Staff are responsive to client's needs. The configuration of the bathroom could be better- there is very little storage space for wash bags etc which then uses up available space in the bedroom area.

The room looked like it could have done with a good scrub. In the morning there were dogs in an adjoining room that kept barking for an hour starting at 08:00hrs. The room we got did not resemble any of the rooms on the hotel's website and we were very disappointed. The room did not reflect any of the rooms on website and could have done with a good scrub.

The food was okay and the staff friendly and helpful. Our stay at wh was a complete disaster. First a poky, tiny room, then a bigger one but with very small bed and faulty shower, either too hot or too cold - no way of regulating temperature and bath taps did not work. Glass on carpet which stuck into my husband's foot. The third and final room we were given was enormous, but cold and dark. The toilet was blocked and the duty manager had to come up with rods to sort it - most embarrasing. Consequently, we will never stay at wh again. Most disappointing...

nice hotel, a good location for us to visit family, the room was comfortable and spacious, the hotel facilities were good. We ate breakfast in the hotel and had an evening meal in 'The Stables' pub which was good. Would be happy to stay again and recommend to others. There were a lot of Christmas parties in the hotel this weekend, so it was a bit noisy and the Brasserie was not available for this reason.

I was slightly disappointed with the room, I thought it was quite basic and not really in keeping with the rest of the place. I know you will have better rooms and we would have got what we paid for. Is it also necessary to vacuum the corridors before 9 am on a sunday morning ?
