Hotel was excellent. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The restaurant food was of a high standard and the breakfast was exeptional. The hotel was excellent value for money and I would definately stay there again and recommend it to friends, family and work colleagues. The only problem was the pillows. They only supply one pillow per person, and think it would be a good idea to put spare pillows in the wardrobe for guests to use if required. |

Excellent accommodation in a really well sized room. All staff and services matched expectations The hotel was really busy on Sunday morning for breakfast and there should have been more staff available in the dining room. The breakfast experience would have been enhanced by serving a cafetiere of coffee rather than by the cup as staff did not offer refills and when requested the wait was long./ |

I liked almost everything about the hotel. The staff were pleasant, the accommodation was of a high standard and the setting is perfect. The conference/meeting rooms are amongst the best I've ever encountered, too. I thought that it was all fantastic value for money and will certainly be back. The only problem, from my point of view, was that the central heating was over-efficient, so the room was soooooo hot! |

Friendly staff particularly accommodating in the Brasserie offering alternative to item on menu. Excellent breakfast with a good range of fresh food even at 9am Not too keen on how easy it was to be disturbed by the sound of banging bedroom doors and footsteps down the corridor. |

Good value for money. Personally I prefer to eat in the Stables bar where you can get a decent pint of real ale. Good rooms Free WiFi all day rather than the (pointless) 3 hour limit |

We were only there for one night and went out to eat but overall the room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellant Not there long enough to find fault but I thought the bathroom tiles could do with a bit of refurbishment |

Everything: the place, staff, food, atmosphere, care & consideration of guests & attention to detail. Attended a Civil Wedding & would definitely recommend as a venue. Wonderful staff! Great food! Not really. Only two irritations, room temperature was hot & couldn't be regulated and bathroom small, but apart from that it was great. |

I enjoyed the lack of fuss but helpful nature of the staff. The room I had was not a box in a modern block. The pub gave me a Gibraltan £1 coin in my change and then refused to accept it when I went to pay for my second pint. |

I like the feel of the hotel - it is comfortable for women travelling on their own I did not like the fact that the last 3 times I have stayed there I am put in 'The Tower' which seems very far away from other amenities and is difficult in terms of getting my bags there and back. I do think that women on business should be placed closer to the amenities. I always have a lot of bags to transport as I do work in the evenings. |

Excellent service from all the staff. Some of the best and professional staff ever come across in the world. The room was in the manor part of the floorboards above and in our room were very squeaky and disturbed us every time someone moved above or outside in the corridor. |

The bedroom and storage. The breakfasts. Too warm. The bathroom was dated and the shower gel/shampoo was poor quality, we didn't get a new gel until our last evening, even though the bottle was almost finished - we stayed four nights and there were 3 of us. No laundry bag either. |

Good rooms for the price including free internet. The buffet breakfast was high quality and constantly refreshed and although busy staff were friendly and efficient. When we stayed there was a wedding. There was noise from the band in rooms near the dininng room - check before you stay! |

Lovely breakfast Expensive Booked a superior room as normal rooms seemed very small floor area Despite being a double room were greeted with only one packet of biscuits and one solitary chocolate! What's that all about? When we went to the room went to close the window as we were directly outside the main ring road at leeds Window wasn't open, just faulty and unable to be fully seated home in the frame Phoned down and they asked us to come back down to the reception to be allocated a new room no apologies from surly receptionist then sent back up to a new room Still only one chocolate! Didn't ask if we wanted a wake up call or newsaper in the morning and didn't ask us if everything was ok on our check out |

Reception Staff were welcoming, the Room was nice and tidy and Breakfast was excellent. Evening meal was poor, and the staff looked like they did not know what was going on. Three Course meal was expensive for what is was, we were given the dessert menu but no one came to take the order so we just left. |

The room and facilities were of high standard. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready so they found an alternative room, which meant we didn't have to wait too long. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. |
