Excellent service and very friendly hosts. Located right across the road from great pub and has very easy access to train station which has direct traisn to London, Reading, Oxford, etc. Loved it all! |

Fabulous accommodation. The photograph of the outside doesn't do any justice to interior. Mini bar has actual prices not the usual made up hotel ones. |

Our Executive room was large, comfortable, and well equipped (complimentary bathrobes, slippers, minibar, etc.) - equal to a good 4-5* hotel standard. Comprehensive Continental breakfast. Courteous and unobtrusive management. |

Always made most welcome by the nice couple who runs the hotel. Bit pricey for room with continental breakfast and no facilities like lounge, gym, restaurant or swimming pool. |

The view of the Thames from our room was lovely. And the room was excellent I would have loved a cooked breakfast to start my day. But do appreciate that would move their offering on quite a lot from where it currently stands |

very hospitable host who made us feel we were especially welcome- a lovely couple and great breakfasts No, we'll book again when we visit the UK , proximity to Heathrow a big factor and the riparian view great from our room. |

The hotel is located in the beautiful village of Pangbourne. We were lucky to get an upgrade at no extra cost. The Manager is very hospitable, helpful and friendly, there is a mini bar in the room, the decoration is extremely tasteful and the furniture (antique) gorgeous. The room we stayed in was absolutely huge. Free parking on site, and an excellent pub (The Swan) directly across the road. The hotel is located directly in front of a fairly busy through road, and has a main line rail running directly behind it, so there is a fair bit of noise throughout the night. |

The hosts were veryhelpful - sent us on a nice walk along the river, and generally were very available. I though this hotel was overpriced - nice room, nice location across from an old pub and a weir on the Thames, but the breakfast was pretty basic in a rather plain breakfast room, and the location was really neither rural nor urban - not close to town for restaurants, etc. |

The managers, John and Merrill, are extremely attentive and very service oriented. For example, when I told John I needed a cab, he quickly replied, "what time shall I have the cab meet you". Their response was similar for every other request I made. The Wier View House is in a nice location and everything is kept very clean. |

Gezellige nette kamer, vriendelijk onthaal, sober maar goed ontbijt.Wat afgelegen, maar mooi zicht op de Thames. Geen last gehad van nachtlawaai (treinstation in de buurt). Verplichte registratie voor 19u in het weekend. Kan wel eens voor verrassing zorgen. |

Uitstekende en vriendelijke service. Het was er schoon en zeer verzorgd. Ligt vlak bij het station met treinen naar Londen en Oxford. |
