Very friendly especially the night time receptionist he was very informative and had a nice welcome. The security/doorman could have helped us with our bags to the car. I have stayed in many hotels over the world and some of them at least asked us if we required any help. That is the only thing I did not like but maybe I am being a little old fashioned. Thank you |

Convenient for the centre of Notthingham. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was the noise from the other guests in the night. The level of noise coming from other guests queuing at the ice-machine outside our room. |

The staff were excellent and very helpful, and the decor was lovely We had some waiting time before our show started and it would have been nice to be able to get a drink, but the bar was closed as it was Sunday, and room service was not available until later. Luckily there were plenty of pubs very nearby to choose from. |

For the price paid for the room it was excellant value for money and the room was very clean and spacious. It has an ideal location for entering the main town centre area day or evening. |

It was convenient for my appointment the next day. There was a questionare in the room which I left at reception when checking out. There was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom. Many ledges, plug tops, skirting and window sills had not been cleaned. Had I been staying for more than 1 night I would have asked to be moved. The breakfast was very poor value. |

the rooms were very comfortable and also quiet.Central location is good & location of restaurant also teh scrambled eggs at breakfast wer cold! I oredered a taxti to collect me at 8.30am.it didn't turn up until 8.50,he said he'd only been contacted at 8.30 when I chased it up through another taxi driver.this could have been down to the taxi company,but worth noting |

No frills just clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. In city centre but not in busy location. Ideal for what I was after, a base in Nottingham with a 5 minute walk to the Market square. |

Good clean hotel room along with a friendly staff who were able to answer all questions asked about the area. The hotel was very central. It would have helped to have a better signpost to the hotel as we drove past the turning before seeing the hotel sign and had to come round again which was not easy as we didn't know the area. There was a sign on the wrong side of the one way street which was not very helpful. |

Large bed and large rooms, as well free WiFi were excellent. The breakfast was very average, with no fresh incredients. It can get very loud from the outside, since Rock City is next to the hotel and people tend to stand outside to smoke and chat very loud. |
