The overall experience was good, the staff member on shift on the day was polite and helpful. The room was an excellent size and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The location was good, with easy access to the shopping and eating out areas.

The location was opposite a student Halls of Residence, this is not major as it was quiet, however I imagine this might not be the case over the weekend.

Great price and location, it was a very clean comfortable and spacious room too.

This was the perfect room for my stay which was after dinner with friends. It provide a warm, safe place to sleep at an extremely affordable price.

It was close to the concert venue. It was clean and comfortable. We did not use any other facilities so I cannot comment on thise. The staff were very friendly.

The proximity to the town centre

No real complaints, just suggestions. I found the hotel a bit dated, screen in the bathroom could do with replacing in room 408 or at least the seal around it. Selection of fruit ect at breakfast could have been better, can't comment on the English breakfast as only had the continental. However I would stay again if in town, I would recommend hte hotel but I would be honest and say you get what you pay for,I would not have been happy paying over the £50 for the night, I think the added price for breakfast is expensive. To say this was the superior room I was a little surprised.

Great location near to all the shops, bars, restaurants, theatre. Comfortable and clean. Good for the discounted rate but wouldn't pay full price

The room was of very high standard clean and comfortable. Food from room service was delicious and the staff very helpful would definitely stay again.

Hi I stayed in hotel for 2 nights with my friend, the room was quite big and quiet, also very clean. Special notes - very comfortable bed, and shower is just amazing, very big bathroom with bath and shower. I would stay there again.

I think the most things are ok, the only mention - carpet was a little bit dated, and the location was close to centre, but it s night club next to hotel. I couldn't hear any music, but when you go out in the morning, you see all rubbish around the street. Also breakfast is not included in the price.

The room was not in good condition, pieces of bed broken. Sheets too short, the desk was full of stained and the toilet seat was dirty, I had to clean it before to use the loo.
