Spacious clean room.
Room No Airconditioner. ..very warm Can't sleep Children being sick cos of heat and sweating No intercom ..can't contact reception or other rooms .m you have to hop in and hop out..whatever you need. Changed rooms like 4 times during a three night stay. Airconditioner leaking in rooms with Airconditioner. ....so messy..
Gym next door had excellent facilities and was free to guests of the hotel.
Not many places to eat nearby.
The Drawbridge carvery nearby.
See the headline!
the leisure facilities were excellent
Great value. Very clean
facilities ,staff help,tidy
Cheap, clean, convenient for motorway, rooms were a good size.
No breakfast facilities, air on not working.
Didn't have the opshon ov a cooked brekfast
I liked the welcome that I received at first arriving in the hotel and the size of the room and the shower was all good. The leisure facilities that I had access to were very good and relaxing.
The noise coming from the main road during the night along with the noise and disturbances that were coming from late arrivals kept me awake. Then there was the inconsiderate drunken and arguing guests that kept coming in at different times off the early hours. Unfortunately, I didn't get any good night sleeps the whole time that I was there.
The receptionist was a delight and a treasure. An all in one woman receptionist, cleaner and catering department. The breakfast was a novelty and delivered on time by the one woman army. (Does the hotel employ any other staff?). The room was comfortable and provided all that was needed for an overnight stay but not really suitable as a breakfast room.
The entrance from the road was most uninviting. Drab with a dirty appearance. Oh, how it could do with brightening up.The hotel architecture was modelled on the hospital model, functional rather than appealing. A pity the use of the key card as a power source for the lighting was not explained to first time residents.
No Airconditioner in rooms. Very hot accommodation. Changed rooms every night. 3 night stay with children and babies. Rooms so hot no one could sleep night or day. Baby became really sick becsuse of heat. Everyone wants to go back home. The last room we were changed into has a leaking Air conditioner. ..The bed and things got wet. All a waste of time and money. The short break was stressful overall. No wifi. ..no intercom in room to reception or other rooms. It's a junk.
Great place to stay no hassle no one bothers u rooms clean and staff pleasant although no kitchen excellent cheap 7 day a week carvery and breakfast place 100 m away
easy access to area, clean, comfortable, good security
Fabulous customer care when we had an issue - was dealt with in 15 minutes! Great facilities, leisure club, arcade and bowling all on site. Will definitely go back.
Bed a little too hard for my liking.
all was as we expected from a high class hotel. the staff fixed the couple of issues within hours of us making them aware. easy to find and associated facilities were first class.
could do with a vending machine of sandwiches or pasties etc. as sometimes when finishing late no where open for a quick decent snack.
easy to find,
aircon didnt work. bed was uncomfortable. noise from the street all through the night/early hours of the morning
Staff nice swapped rooms as the first room air con wasnt working
The bed was uncomfy, tv had no signal, nothing in the area, no bar and breakfast was awful, not very clean, drains smell never recommend
People smoking outside and talking late at night People who were not disabled (work's vans) using the three disabled parking spaces
very, nice and clean
nothing, all good
Perfect location, great facilities. Couldn't have asked for more
The accommodation was excellent value for money. It was very clean and comfortable, and the shower was lovely.
The breakfast was dreadful. It would be better if it wasn't offered, rather than paying £4 a head for something so disappointing, because until breakfast everything was excellent.
Proximity to Meadowhall, and friendly, helpful staff
Slightly musty smell in corridors
Friendly helpful staff clean tidy room great swimming pool
