We had a spacious room, it was easy to find, and parking was ample. It was well located for Ice Sheffield. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Lots of clean towels which is helpful with young children (would have happily reused them to save environment). This is all meant to be constructive feedback. Unfortunately, there was an "eggy" smell coming from the shower drain which we covered up with a plastic cup. We needed a fridge to keep milk in for the children and perhaps access to a microwave. We could also have had more helpful information about the pool. |

I loved it's location, which was ideal for me to get about. The friendliness of the hotel staff was very good. The room was spacious, clean and with all the amenities at hand. Only the price. I paid £110.00 for a two night stay, having booked many months in advance. If I had booked within the last few weeks prior to my date of stay I would have enjoyed the same room for £85.00. |

nice size comfortable rooms nice big shower - floor mats would be nice to prevent water all over the bathroom floor. Difficulty operating the heater - also, when one leaves the room the heater switches off returning to a cold room on return. Excellent idea with card to enrer and exit room, but easy to lock yourself out - however, I still think it is good re security and saving on electicty - dont like returning to a cold room though, particularly in the Winter. |

It is obviously a very new hotel so the room was immaculate. It took three attempts to correctly "load" my room key so that I could get into my room. |

Quiet location, not too difficult to find Broadband socket was on the opposite side of room to where the desk was which meant having to sit on the bed to use the laptop |

The air conditioning in the bedroom. Building site surrounding it and lookly we where in a 4x4 or the exit would have been dangerous. |
