My husband and i enjoyed staying there, It was clean comfortable and very good value for money, Also the staff are very friendly and helpful to. The facilities on site are excellent, Next time we will bring our swimsuits so we can use the pool for our morning swim. The little cafe called the oasis is excellent value for money for the meals they do. We will definitely be staying there again.

Quick easy access from the m1 motorway.good location to explore surrounding countryside or shopping at meadowhall,town centre etc. good pool and spa facilities. Only thing that suprised me more than disappoint,was a smell of cigaretts in our room and on the corridore. Soon irradicated by opening a window.

Lovely hotel and great value for money, also with the free use of the swimming pool, gym etc. The room was very clean and the staff couldnt have been nicer. Situated close to a local shop and not far from the central town and Meadowhall shopping center which was great

The health club is fantastic as part of the room rate. I guess no proper breakfast is not an issue as there are plenty of choices in nearby Meadowhall & Sheffield. You have to drive there.

I was very impressed with the hotel. The staff were great and it is very good value for money. The location is great and it's a cheap taxi fare to Sheffield centre. The room was comfortable and a great standard for the price. Overall I was very happy with the hotel The cleaners started early in the morning and were shouting and very noisy

During my stay found the staff very helpful, my only complaint is you advertise Internet in the rooms, this is not true and caused me so much hassle last week as I need 24 access to the Internet for business. Should I have known about no internet I would have booked into alternative suitable hotel that fulfilled my needs. This week im back in Rotherham but won't be using your hotel based only on the above complaint. Regards Thomas Millar

The location was excellent as we were visiting family members just around the corner. It was quiet for a city location, which enabled us to get a good night's sleep. The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The broadband connection for our laptop didn't seem to be working. Also the shower curtain was insufficient to stop water coming out on to the floor of the bathroom.

Close proximity to the family i was visiting. The most basic hotel i have ever stayed in, it was fine for us as we were not using the facilities, we were just using it as a bed. We asked for a quiet room and were given a room right next to the elevator so all traffic past our door, not ideal as we have a young child. Next time we will be using the Holiday inn, a bit more expensive but better hotel.

No complaints about the room at all, clean and tidy with tv and coffee/tea making facilities as expected. Large car park facilities and ideal location for my son's hockey tournament the next day. The ordered breakfast didn't arrive but seems there was some mix up with the room numbers. Kindly offered another breakfast but took a full no quibble refund due to having to rush off early that morning.

The room was very clean . the staff were very friendly and efficient. The location was very close to where we wanted to be. Unfortunately there was no facility for breakfast because the person that cooks breakfast was on holiday.
