This family-run hotel is situated on the relaxed South Parade of Skegness, with beautiful views of the sea, the boating lake, bowling greens and public gardens. All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Some offer sea views. A full English breakfast is served every morning in the dining area. I really liked the friendly atmosphere.Donna was very obliging and worked hard to make my stay an enjoyable one.The breakfast was lovely and more than I had expected.I Would definitely stay there again.The location was also very good,very close to everything. I have no complaints.

The owners were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was dirty and needed a good clean. The door to the en suite did not close. We booked three rooms and in my Father's and sisters rooms the tv did not work and my Father had to clean the kettle before he could use it.

Donna and her husband were great and made our stay very comfortable and welcome as the name of the hotel suggests.Breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble and would stay again Took a while for the room to warm up

David & Donna lovely friendly people. If we neaded anything, we just had to buzz.And they serve a very good breakfast. WE did'nt like the room it was very small,as we were only staying one night and it was Easter we probably can't complain

Comfortable bed Good hot shower if a little small Great cooked breakfast with loads of toast and coffee and good choice of cereals. Orange juice was also very nice Not great internet connection

Breakfast very good. Owners very friendly and helpful Bedroom and bedding need an up-date. Cannot remember not having a duvet - was a bit like stepping back in time !

the owners were lovely and friendly view from dirty window was over looking garden and sea view the windows were dirty,mouldyand rattled,carpet stained and dirty,beds and pillows hard. cobwebs everywhere electric heater on wall right against tv cobwebs in bathroom, no hotwater in sink tap even tough warning showere still scalded

The welcome hotel owners are most welcoming and lovely friendly people. I felt at home at this hotel. The greeting I received was wonderful and I was told if I needed anything at all just to buzz them. I will definitely be staying with them again, oh and the breakfast was wonderful.

The bossman & bosslady were extremely welcoming & friendly. I would recommend anyone to this small but delightful hotel. Our room (1) was very much on the small side but as a one night stop over it suited admirably.

what i liked was everything it was my first time on my own and straight away i felt that i had known david and donna for a long time. it is very freindly and warming, they both interact with everyone in a freindly manner and also a proffesional way in the fact they make sure you are happy, safe and catered for. They will organise mobility scooter arrangements for you if you need it. I didn't know that until we was talking and for my last day David arranged a scooter for me and that made my last day more pleasurable. I would highly recommend the Welcome to anyone and I inten to return for longer next summer with my daughter and I know now where to stay if I want to see a show in Skegness. there is nothing to complain about.
