The staff were very fanstatic and always ready to help. Especialy the breakfast chef got great customer service attitude.
The bedsheet needed to be changed evey morning. Not a great idea not to change bedsheet until checkout
Location Comfy Bed Friendly staff
Ugly building Bar was shut Room wall needed re-painting
Hotel extremely shabby
It had everything you needed, with the shops accross the way.
No air condition and public transport is hard to come by.
room was fair, but warn but clean.
Broken Bed, and damaged side of Bath. Informed staff and asked to do something about bed in the morning (as poor night sleep caused by it) but nothing done by the time we came back late evening! Had to change room no help given to change room up two flights of stairs. Not easy to work out who was staff as wore casual clothes (t shirt), not what i'd expect from a large company. They couldn't find the key to our room when we arrived or when we returned in the evening so had the spare with no fob/ key ring on it didn't give a good impression.
Location was spot on, the staff very friendly. The bedding and bathroom very clean, and was great value for money.
I stay at many hotels on business, and I think it would be much better if breakfast was included in the price. Also the carpet in the room could have done with a deep clean, also the base of the TV was broken and had to be balanced.
Not a lot!!
It was dirty, blood on the sheets and big holes in the duvet cover. The shower was a nightmare. Didn't sleep due to doors banging most of the night
The bed was of a good quality and the room was nice and spaced out.
In the bathroom the toilet seat had a crack in it.
No heating or air con..
Very close to get to most places you want to go expecially the place for dinner and breakfast . And the staff were very helpful for direction . And my children like every thing about the place. I will stay there again next time.
There is nothing I didn't like. I enjoy my stay .
Nice and simple
Good value and clean.
The bed. The staff was nice. I liked that I got to check in earlier than the designated time.
That breakfast ended early.
It was ideal for Milton Keynes bowl. And with services next door great for returning late and needing food
The breakfast in the hotel was inly 1 price and was unable to purchase just a drink
Room 91 was good and we were satisfied with it. The couple who travelled with us were not happy with their room (46, I think). Although it was clean, the walls and carpet were very stained. They got very little sleep on Saturday night, a very rowdy group with loud voices which went on until about 3 am.
Stair carpet very stained and door handle outside our room was falling off.
Beds poor quality Rooms basic No sugar for tea Noisy room next to boiler!
Staff were friendly
Room was dirty with spill marks from drinks that had not been cleaned up. Door handle on bathroom kept falling off.windows filthy. When we got up for breakfast there was none and got sent over to services for breakfast where hardly anything was on offer not even some orange juice or fruit.
Location, comfort, staff, facilities and cleanliness all excellent.
Noise from other guests coming and going in corridors outside room went on a bit late, with doors banging and talking, but I realise this is to be expected.
Friendly staff. Large room. Good value
Needs some refurbishment
It location and space excellent
Delay to the entrance of the car park
Run-down hotel; expensive on weekend of British Grand Prix; dirty room walls; room smell of smoke
Convient if travelling Able to exit onto side road rather then back to the M1. Good breakfast, free for children. Clean refurbished bathroom.
Wi fi, code not in room, staff did not offer this info on arrival. Ugly building. No tv in room.
Given it is less than 100 metres from the M1 I heard very little traffic noise. In fact the TV in the residents lounge was louder. Comfortable bed and the cleaner did a good job.
Slight damp smell in the bathroom.
