Friendly staff, comfortable bed
Really spacious and great for the price cleanliness fantastic.
We paied extra for a later checkout but the staff in the morning awakened us twice in the morning regarding our checkout. Even they didnt know what was going on even thou i showed them the receipt and paied extra
It was quiet even though it had children staying. It had lots of space.
There was no AC in the room. The Wifi was not working. There was a slight smell of filt in the room even though it looked clean. Also, not close to Bus route or good shopping area.
Polite helpful Staff,Ease of access to room.
BOOKED A SMOKING ROOM WHOLE POINT OF STAYING AT THIS HOTEL, WAS NOT AVAIDED NONE WHERE AVAIALBLE ON BOOKING
The facilities does not give the view that its been maintained regularly.however since we are driving to manchester its quite alright.
There was a lot of road works and queus that prolong our journey from one place to another.
room was dated and dirty
Location is great, being 20 mins from Silverstone, in the heart of motorsport country. Staff have been very helpful both times, food ok, and great access to Newport Pagnell and Milton Keynes. Beds comfy with sleeping space for 4. Facilities good too, Free parking a bonus. View of nice garden from rooms and outside seating area.
Too hot at night, both times, despite being September. Needs soft closing doors. They are far too loud. Other than that just could do with a few tweaks in cleanliness. Cutlery, glasses could have been cleaner, a couple of crisps found under bed when looking for dropped pen.
Large sized room. Good wifi. Looking out on a lawn.Quiet. This suited us as we were travelling and was the perfect stopover.
Limited choice of meals at surrounding places but it was only for a short time so we survived.
Easy to reach my destination from the hotel.
Clean, comfortable, close to amenities, soap/shampoo provided.
Just looked a little outdated building wise though not a problem once inside
Door handles falling off doors, beds didn't fit in room, leaky shower, dated, TV had no signal, TV then broke & poor maintance
Reasonable price for a room that 5 of us could sleep in. Everything clean and in working order. Good accessibility from the services.
Room was cramped and bit too hot
Price, size of room.
Cheap bathroom fittings, Damp patch on ceiling.
Room had low lighting level. Plug sockets on the desk were too low, couldn't plug in my phone charger. There was no shower head holder, so had to hold the shower head whilst showering.
As a young family we were a bit unsure as it is just on the side of the motorway but we were shocked at how peaceful it was we really enjoyed the breakfast and was even more surprised to find kids eat free brilliant!! We all slept well and enjoyed our stay all in all we were happy and have booked up to stay again already
Location was good and breakfast reasonably priced
Did NOT like being wakened by the fire alarm going off at 6.40am with no apologies for inconvenience of a false alarm. I could have accepted it going off but not the reception not apologizing as we checked out.
Hotel was very run down, in serious need of upgrade.
peaceful, bedroom restful.
no where open in hotel to have evening meal, bar not open every night.
The room was comfortable and clean
Having to go up the motorway then double back again. Having only one pack of biscuits for two in an executive room!!!
Very friendly welcoming staff. lovely and clean.
Needs an update on outside and worn out seats in bar area. Disappointed food wasn't served at night.
Easey access for motorway made it easey to get to the event at silverstone good value for money
A bit rough around the edges in need of a bit of a face lift
Staff couldn't be bothered to open the bar of and evening. When it was open, it closed early. Residents have to slam doors to shut them. Hotel is poorly maintained and poorly managed. I could understand if it was cheap, but its a similar price to more common chains.
Location of hotel was useful being close to Milton Keynes and able to travel in to London.
Room – Door handle loose (screws coming out), stained walls/carpet. Trouser press hanging off of the wall and unable to use. Staff – Unwilling to help and offer solutions. When I informed about the trouser press, the repose I got was ‘oh’ asked for an iron and was told ‘they’re all out at the minute’ don’t you keep a record of where the go so you can get me one ‘no’ can I swap rooms then so I can press my close ‘no, we’re fully booked’ Because of your staffs unwillingness to help and the facilities of your hotel, I had no option other than buying a new set of close in London as I was taking part in a film shoot. Booking in to your hotel cost me an additional £50 in clothing!
