Desk staff gave incorrect directions on finding the hotel .Was told the entrance barrier on the south bound motorway sevices was on the exit slip road when it was in fact on the entrance slip road!When explained to the receptionist ,she did not appear to understand. No draft lager and £7.70 for 2 bottles of budweiser?

large rooms, clean, wifi works fine. Showers worked fine this time, but frequently haven't of late.

breakfast badly organised, often items are missing (eg no eggs, no orange juice, cooking variable - e.g. bacon usually over cooked and tepid).

Having made a complaint and not had a reply, I did not like anything. The hotel staff allowed a rowdy group of abusive females to bang on doors at 3am who got worse when asked to keep noise down. No sleep and the hotel smelt of a sewer. Did not live up to its advertisement.

We liked the hotel it is a lovely place to stay we would 100% go back there again the rooms were really nice the staff were nice and plesent and we had an enjoyable weekend there

The only one thing that I didnt like is when people were coming through the corridor that corridor door kept banging and u could really hear it that was the only problem

Good enough room

It is not as advertised. It's resturant is a joke more like a closed cafe. The menu was a photocopied a4 and was all fried food or packaged. The room we were put in was not made up and ready for us. We arrived at 19:00 so no reason for poor condition of room. We eventualy requested a full refund and found another hotel which was wonderful with a real resturant and clean/ ready rooms. The new hotel was defiantly four star not like what we thought we had booked. My veiw is the hotel we first booked is little better than a youth hostel

Bathroom. No Hot water for the three days we stayed here. Not close to Silverston race track as advertised.

Easily accessible to Milton Keynes.

Room was in a poor condition and not clean. The walls had holes in them, the radiator howled, stained carpet, dirty walls and draughty room due to lack of door stops to architrave. The bar had no coke nor apologies and a standard red bull can was £3.00!! Upon complaining was merely told maintenance would be informed!! Very poor.

Relatively cheap and not very from MK shopping centre.

Failed hot water on multiple occasions Chair that was so poor it hurt my back (in an executive room) Poor stock control - food items on the menu weren't available, they ran out of eggs for several days in breakfast Food- meals have a serious lack of vegetables, menu has got worse since they changed it. Three weeks now of poor facilities. They seem to have suddenly gone seriously downhill.

Room clean and spacious. My room was at the back so it looked over green fields. Tea and coffee in the room.

Rest of hotel not too clean and a bad smell at the front door. Given the competition out there it was poor value for money. Continental breakfast cost £5 for something you could buy in a cafe for £1.50 and was rubbish. My usual hotel was unavailable at short notice and I picked this place in a hurry as it seemed ok. There was no hot water the morning I left so I could not shower. They said it was a boiler problem and if so they couldn't perhaps be blamed for that but it was the last straw for me. I wouldn't go back.

Location at Newport Pagnall services means it's easy to find. Noise from motorway is not a problem. On site restaurant and bar is convenient and reasonably priced. It's a cheap place to get some sleep, if you have no alternative.

Staff were very poor. We waited for ages at the security gate to the car park on arrival and eventually had to send someone into reception to get it opened. Families be aware that there are no family rooms at this hotel. The rooms sold as suitable for 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 are double rooms with an extra single bed with a small pull out mattress underneath. This means the only floor space left is a walkway along the foot of the beds. At check in we were incorrectly reserved a room for 2 adults. The reservation was changed but when we arrived in our room the pull out bed had not been made up. It took 4 hours and 3 trips to reception to get the bed made up. Each time we were promised someone was on their way, an hour passed and nothing happened. We were given the excuse that the staff didn't know where to find the linen. In the end we demanded that a member of staff just bring a quilt from another made up room as it was 9pm and our daughter still had no bed to sleep in. We were compensated with a continental breakfast. This consisted of toast and cereal only. We were told that we could wait 8 minutes for croissants to be baked, unfortunately when they arrived they were black.

Convenient

The shower was not working properly kept going scalding hot and freezing cold so could not shower without either getting burnt or freezing. Told the lady when we checked out and she just said sorry about that the thermostat must be playing up thanks for telling us.

I liked that there was smoking allowed in selected rooms

Staff were great & ideal location for a family party we were at Also lots of nice open space around the hotel to walk around, etc.

blocked toilet and sink told reception but nothing done,having to go over to the services for breakfast

poor service, poor food, had to go to the service station for breakfast with 3 children

the selection of food available for breakfast and no noice from the room was quite .

No breakfast included in price of room. Having to keep calling receptionist to serve at the bar.poor staff skills eg unable to identify which glass to put different types of drink into .fire alarm at 8 in the morning no explanation what so ever no apologies.
