I can`t really say so much, we came very late & left very early the next morning. It was an exceptionally clean & fresh, the personnel were very helpful. |

I appreciated the convinience of the airport transfer, the fact of 24hr shopping and eating facilities. However I liked being able to stay so close to the airport: I was able to get a comfortable night in between my journey back home. The room was properly fitted and with all the facilities. The only point on which I do not agree with England is carpet in public places. How can you properly igenise with only a hoover? Moreover I have worked as chambermaid and I know something about cleaning hotel rooms. |

Friendly staff, very large comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Lots of plugs for hair dryer, straightener, phone. Large food court next door with a variety of foods. Close to the Stansted airport. |

the staff were extremely helpful and i would have no hesitation in staying there again. It was great value for money and we really enjoyed the time we spent in the hotel. I did notice that the electrical appliances have not been tested since 2002, i was a little worried abbout this as in my line of business we carry out PAT tests every year |

Shuttle service was on time and reasonably priced. Hotel was very quiet. Automatic alarm-call system was not operating. Some of the staff appeared to be unfriendly and indifferent. |

Facilities were good Shuttle service to airport should be free, not just from airport. Make sure that only hotel guests get the free shuttle (to airport) to avoid misuse. |

Free airport shuttle bus to come to the airport (2£ to go back!). Easy check-in. Motorway Services facility nearby for breakfast and other meals. Wireless internet access not free |

Close to Stansted, good airport transfer service, cheap No iron to borrow. No wakeup calls and recommended TV alarm very difficult to program. Difficult to get to with regular public transport from London, but very easy to take transport to Stansted and then shuttle bus to hotel. |

The recetionist was very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and that is all that I wanted, something cheap, but with a clean bed to sleep in. I was very happy with the service. It was worth it. |
