It was close to the outlet centre and was quiet. Staff not particularly attentive. On a personal call and had to wait to be given room card. Pipework noisy when toilet flushed and electric heater noisy. |

Ease of access, straight from the motorway. Helpful staff who arranged a taxi for us. Taxi ride away from train station. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The bed was very comfortable, and we had an excellent nights sleep. Because the Inn is laid back slightly from the main road, there was no traffic noise. Would definitely return here. I think that the bathrooms may be cold during the winter months especially as the heated towel rail was not working. |

Found the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy and the hotel was very quiet. Although we did not have breakfast at the hotel we found the eating area was very much a public area. Perhaps one could take a breakfast tray to the room, if so, then this is what we would have done. |

The hotel was modern and clean. The staff were helpful and overall the hotle was very good value When asking about places to eat we were given a 10% off voucher for Rutledge Inn about 1mile from the hotel. We did not enjoy the eating experience in this establishment |

Good location, just off M4 for last minute overnight stay. Right next to retail shopping outlet, basic rooms but spacious and clean with everything you need complimentary tea and coffee tray available in room, good value. |

we stayed at this hotel because we were visiting family in the area, so spent very little time at the hotel The hotel smelled very damp in the reception areas.when we pulled out the sofa bed in our room it was broken and also there was somebodies clothing stuck down the side of it. we changed rooms this room was better but the cleaning could be a little better. |

We have used it on two different occasions and it does exactly what it says on the tin, is hassle-free and easy to use. It is not the easiest place to find when approaching from the East, due to the complexity of the road system at M4 J36. We did not feel we could walk away from the complex to the nearby amenities at the Outlet Centre due to an apparenet lack of footpaths. Do not use Sat-Nav against the postcode to get there! A better map download would be useful. |

The price was right, and it was in a good location for the motorway - we wanted a stop on a long journey. We stayed there during a heatwave, and the room was incredibly stuffy and uncomfortable. |

Close to M4, good value for money. Bathroom a bit dated, could be more attractive by using brighter colours and mending chips in bath. |
