Convenient location in the area in which we wanted to stay whilst visiting relatives. Quick and efficient booking-in procedure when arriving late in the evening. Difficult to find with directions i.e. the postcode given wasn't exact enough for the satnav. The satnav directed us to Sarn village (Sarn Hill) which was very annoying and frustrating. A simple direction stating that the hotel is located in the Sarn Services would have helped enormously and saved time at the end of our long journey.

Checking inn was easy. Room was cold when I got there. Windows were not open so I can only assume that the heating had been turned off.

Cheep and convenient. Breakfast in the room was also very convenient and I was surprised that the toast was still hot. No where within walking distance to get a decent evening meal.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Although the bathroom was very clean it was in need of a major refurb, I know it was budget accommodation but the flooring and tiles were very tired and dated.

In a convenient spot for shopping also near to the seaside at Porthcawl. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Would definately visit again. Only a small matter that although it was available, we had to use the machine in the corridor for drinking water. Other than this the hotel was great.

It was difficult to find initially. The post code takes you to the middle of a housing estate.

Good hotel for using as a stop-over. Very friendly staff. Good value for money. Free parking nearby. Internet access didn't work. Procedure too complex. Had no problem at Days Inn Liverpool. While booking I've been told to get 1 double and two single beds. Found 1 double and 1 sofa.

Quiet location of actual hotel even though on a M/way service area. Staff were vere friendly and helpful. The fact that there was a carousel in reception whereby you could top up with tea/coffee and sugar satchets if you ran short was also very helpful. A big plus with Days Inns are the fact that even if you need to curtail your stay you are reimbursed. In our case we had booked and paid for a 7 night stay but due to the weather forecast we decided to leave a day early and were reimbursed for the night that we did not stay. All in all a very hassle free and enjoyable stay. The only constructive criticism I could offer to further enhance the attaction of staying in Days Inns would be the addition of maybe a tub style armchair to add comfort and if young children were amongst a family booking then they be allocated a ground floor family room as young children, being exhuberant by nature, do tend to bounce about a bit which could be disturbing to occupants of a room below. One last thing that might help with this particular Days Inn might be a small map of the slips roads and roundabouts at this particular motorway junction as with a designer shopping outlet also being located here it can be a tad confusing finding the right lanes to get to the hotel. Hope this helps.
