Slow internet access at times.

the noise which occurred at around 1 o'clock am in the morning and lasted for about 1and a half hours. Girls and boys running up and down the corridor outside our room.

Limited food choices in service station, no bar or restaurant in hotel

Perfect location for the prison and shopping outlet!

Room was good and clean

The room smelt awful. Found several hairs in the freshly made bed. Ordered and paid for 2 days breakfast, came the 1st day, received nothing the 2nd day. No facilities, wifi was rubbish, poor signal. Tv was limited.

Very friendly staff. Tea and coffee in room. Comfortable beds. Hot water when showering!

No Bar / Dining. (There is a Harvester and Frankie and Benny's within on the outlet site... Though Harvetser was a complete distaster... I would avoid in the future!) No 'Full English" breakfast available, though Frankie and Benny's do a brilliant £5 deal and there is also a Sainsbury's.

Obliging staff where nothing was too much trouble free upgrade to a disabled room excellent location for visiting south wales

Kettle too small to make more than one cuppa

Lack of power points. Couldnt use kettle if something else plugged in.

Accommodation allowed dogs in the room

Room was cold, single electric heater did not heat room. Pull out bed falling to bits and uncomfortable. Double bed had stained linen on it and the duvet was very thin making it a very cold and uncomfortable sleep. Additionally for a family room (sleeps 4) the provision of 2 large towels and 2 hand towels seems not to match the occupancy.

We like continental breakfasts but would have preferred the crossionants to have come with cheese and cold meat. Therefore we ate breakfast elsewhere

The bed was comfortable

There were only 2 plug sockets in the room, 1 had the tv plugged in and the other the kettle so you couldn't charge both people's phones and watch tv. Wouldn't be good place to work on a laptop from

Easy to find off junction 36. Very polite and helpful staff at all times. Breakfast delivered to room.

Although clean and tidy with plenty of towels, the en-suite bathroom was in need of modernisation especially the mixer tap arrangement in the bath to swap from bath to shower head. Maybe some rooms could have showers only?

Handy for a one night stay between Fishguard and London.

Everything was fine.

I liked the staff - they were helpful. A disabled lady arrived at the same time as me and got exemplary help which I liked.

Directions from the motorway could have been better - I think they just don't want to say that it is on the service station down the back of the Shell garage - it doesn't sound glitzy, but it would be easier to find in the dark!!!!

Room bit dusty walls Taxi firm dont offer prefential or fixed price tariffs. If I want to go to place A or B return a fair price list would be nice Especially as they get all your business
