Cancellation
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
All children or adults are charged GBP 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Very friendly and down to earth host. The room was lovely and the bed very comfy. We really liked that it even had Sky in our room which is unusual for a B&B |

Relaxed family style B&B accommodation with welcoming mum and son in charge, plus some foreign students being catered for in their charming house. The landlady was very helpful but as she has been in this business for just a year is finding her way in one or two areas. - fresh fruit could be a breakfast alternative. |

the sausages at breakfast,the bedroom at bathroom in the double premium room were nice.The area surrounding was nice and walkable to the town and harbour etc!! Nothing in general!! |

If carlsberg made landladies then Rachael would probably be the best in the world....my stay was made by her and her sons welcome...it felt like a 2nd home...nothing was too much trouble and i was treated like a special friend. to be honest i have travelled world wide 5* etc but Rachaels hospitality outshines them all....i would recommend this place every day of the week...20 stars :-) |

Der Empfang und die Betreuung waren sehr freundlich und persönlich. Die Lage des Hauses ist außerordentlich ruhig. Das Zimmer war etwas klein und ohne Aussicht. |
