Very functional… there was everything we needed.
Room equipped with iron, iron board, kettle… hair dryer.
We did not expect that as usually at low budget hotels it is not provided.
The property is nicely furnished in modern style and very functional.
Place for children to play was a pleasant surprise.
Staff extremely friendly ( loved the cleaning lady - so welcoming and lovely)

Accommodation was A1 but it could be improved by having more twin rooms available.
All staff were extremely courteous and helpful
Easy to get around Leyland if you follow Sat Nav advice.
It is the middle of winter in inclement weather so can’t really judge the activities available.

We loved everything about r stay .
We loved everything about r stay . Great hamper provided and Trisha was only a text away if we needed anything. The house was amazing very clean and tidy and very stylish decore and furnishings . I would recommend staying here we loved our stay and look forward to returning next year.
The ability for 7 of us to sit around a table for a meal. Proximity to Leyland, where we were attending a function. Staff at the booking agency were pleasant and helpful and arranged for someone to provide us with an extra 5 mugs, enough cutlery for 7 and a dish-cloth and t-towel.
There is a large garden area, which we didn't use as we visited in February, but it would be a good, enclosed outdoor space in summer.
We were impressed with this house. We found it to be comfortable, and well-equipped, and it has a homely feel. It was very clean too. It is conveniently located for Leyland town-centre, being only 10 minutes or so walk. The owner was very helpful, and quick to respond to the questions I submitted prior to arrival. We were only staying one night but would happily have stayed for longer. Strongly recommended.
We booked this hotel as it was far cheaper, but within driving distance, from the hotels in The Lakes. The rooms are basic, as it's a motel but with decent furnishings, and presumably popular with guests attending events at the attached function venue and bar. Free car park, no fuss check-out and easy access to the motorway.
The room size was very spacious. As was the bathroom very spacious. We had the Lakeview and patio doors. Bed was very comfortable plenty storage space for clothes.
Very convenient location for where we was going, Leyland golf club.
We loved staying in the pod and in the hotel rooms lovely lovely views of the lake staff where very helpful an friendly and couldn't do enough to help us made us feel at home too would deffo recommend and go back in the future
great place to stay. friendly staff
very clean and everything you could need in room. great location and grounds of hotel was so nice and peaceful and the ducks walking about was a added extra. rooms a reasonable price.
Excellent breakfast, freshly prepared. We liked the atmosphere - old building, old cars, fine metalwork decoration. Location was just right for us to attend a funeral in Leyland.
The hotel is set in lovely surroundings with a lake. Their is an on-site bar and restaurant. Plenty of parking spaces. Only 5 minutes by car in to the town centre.
