Location is within a 15 min walk from centre-stadff did not outline facilities avilable to us on arrival.It is worth noting that the car park charge was waived. However for £99 per night, breakfast was not included. Although this hotel was rated as a 4* hotel, its a far cry off this mark! On entering the lobby , one is met with an impressive area and services such as bar food or restuarant manu however on entering the bedroom, the standard drops dramaticcally. The decor is of an 1980's standard and the bed linen quilt look shabby &unhygenic.Furthermore I noticed that residents are required to pay for parking! |

I am surprised it was classed as a 4 star hotel. The room we stayed in was very shabby and was more like a hotel of a 2/3 star rating |

spacious room Not a 4 * hotel - bedroom and bathroom tired and shabby. It was v noisy from revellers out in the adjoining side street. No aircon meant that the window had to be open for ventilation which added to the noise problem. The window itself had a faulty safety catch - not good for kids.The breakfast area was not clean - sticky tables + floors. Car parking should have been free. terrible TV reception |

Good location and onsite car park. The decor of the room was very poor, ripped wallpaper, various marks on walls and bathroom decorleft much to be desired. Expected more from a best western hotel, especially as it was not a cheap stay. |
