Thought it was quite expensive for a pretty standard room. Room and bathroom require updating. Suprised not to receive free wifi in this day and age.
It is great location to Belfast city center
Ordered breakfast on first morning. Was very disappointed with the fry!!
The reception staff were friendly and helpful!!
Cleanliness of room an bathroom was very poor. Had no hot water to shower in the morning and when this was explained to the man at reception when we were departing he did not seem at all interested or did he even say he would look into it
Location was good close to city centre
Room was cold
Expensive for what you get, had to pay extra for parking
Room was clean with good bed, decent location
The quality of the room woz poor with paint marks and unfinished wood work! Needs updated.
The rooms were warm. Live music at nite.
Bathrooms need modernisation as would be expected in a 4* hotel. there was no minibar in the room which would be expected in a 4* hotel.
I liked the location of hotel and comfort of bed.
Nothing like the photos, the carpet was stained and the shower was cold! When we arrived our room was really cold and we had to ask for the heating to be turned on, i would not stay here again. I didnt pay £10 for breakfast so i cannot comment on that
It was easy to get to the centre by taxi
Staff were rude, couldn't check in till after 3pm. Riot vans and police officers where outside the hotel at half 1 in the morning due to a flight that broke out. Not a 4 star standard hotel at all. Poor quality throughout the hotel. Wouldn't recommend to a friend or family member.
Good location, near to the city centre.
No food after 9pm
Location and price
Location excellent for South Belfast/University. Well stocked bar and ambience for night cap.
Staff were so unhelpful. I took ill in our room and had to phone for ambulance.4 times my husband tried to ring reception for help and no one answered. When my parents arrived and explained to reception that the ambulance out side was for their daughter who was in anaphylaxis shock and asked where my room was they didnt even ans and just pointed to the lift. My husband rang the hotel the next morning from the hospital to let them know that he would be back to get our belongings shortly and their response was well you still have to pay for the room. I did email the manager to inform him at how unhelpful his staff were and he said he would look into it and get straight back to me. That was 3weeks ago and still waiting.
Had meal and was sick all night staff didn't wat to no paid 6opounds for the food entertainment was cancelled bad night would now stAy there again
Bathroom needed updating, No hot water to shower.
Nice sunday lunch good value for money, Relaxing bar area.
TV didn't work. No biscuits on the hospitality tray.
for a 4 star hotel, we found the bathroom very tiny and the shower was so dated, the paintwork was marked and dirty. At breakfast we asked for coffee and expected a pot of coffee, instead the waitress poured us two cups even before we are selected our breakfast, so by the time we sat down the coffee was cold. The breakfast itself wasn't great everything was cool overall not great meal
the location of the hotel was ideal for us, we were attending a venue at the hotel and decided to stay over night. Beds were clean and comfort
There was paint smell in our room, and it was really annoying
Bathroom was out of date. Taps need repairing as water was spraying out of the sink every where in table and mirror when it's use. Bathroom air vent is not working. Requested before booking for more coffee and milk during my stay, that didnt happened.
Staffs are very accommodating. Had my breakfast before it's schedule. Room temperature was just right. Didn't wait too long for my room to be ready. My room was very clean and get the view of the main street as requested. Easy to find and great location.
room was dusty mirror couldve done with a clean one of the lamp shades needed replaced as the inside of it was cracked not the highest of standard esp when it was 99£ for room only bit disappointing
staff friendly hotel looked well slept good
Built in wardrobe was damp. Towel rail in the bathroom had been re-secured so many times it was at a10 degree angle. Bath panel was hangin off. The bedroom carpet didn't look as if it had been vacuum cleaned as a bottle top and black fluff remained where they were for two days until it was mentioned to duty manager.
The food was good
Beds and polite hotel staff
hot rooms and difficult to open windows needed staff to do so couldnt find switch to turn on tv
The closeness of the hotel for my daughters graduation was perfect , staff very helpful and accommodating with letting us check in early and leaving our bags etc
Bedroom dated and needed modernising. Bathroom shower was broken so had to play with controls to get the right temp.
Nice hotel located very close to the University
