I found the beds in the hotel quite comfortable and the hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were too hot at night time. |

The hotel was clean, the room was a good size and the check in/check out procedure was efficient. Unfortunately we stayed during the Christmas party season and the noise levels from the room next door were unbearable. We did complain but the noise continued to almost 5am, the hotel staff on two occasions said they were dealing with the matter which resulted in the police being drawn in to resolve the situation. It was disappointing as i had stayed at the hotel before and never had any problem with noise levels. The receptionist the next morning was very sympathetic and noted once again our complaint. I would say that the hotel should have some procedure in place to deal with this situation more efficiently for the sake of all the other guests that had to endure a sleepless night |

Not a 4 star hotel but it was fine. Distance from city centre. Parts of it were a bit shabby. |

The area is great as you can walk into city centre (with the right shoes!) Taxi is £5 to get back from main area at night. The car parking is great as it is safe although you are charged £5per night but this is great also if you have to go into town shopping the next day as your car is safe. The rooms are very comfortable with a great size bed - but breakfast was dissapointing - large room with nothing in it! Only juice, flakes and bread - toast when you go down the back and toast it yourself! But if you are having lunch in town you won't mind this. Coffee is just terrible i just had water and had a coffee at a cafe down the street. Bathroom was nice but the shower was not very powerfull. Also the sink was tiny so when you turned on the tap the water spits everywhere - watch your silk top! |

Very convenient to city centre 1. if you are targeting Southern visitors, ensure tv reception of RTE; 2. hair-dryer should be close to a mirror; 3 Wardrobe doors came off slides too easily |

Found it to be satisfactory for our purpose. Did not like the idea that residents have to pay extra for having car in hotel car park during our stay. Think this should be free for residents or at least notify the parking charges on the website. |

We were at a concert in belfast so needed somewhere to stay the night. Wellington Park was very reasonable and had on site parking for only £5 which alot of other Hotels couldn't offer. It had a nice crowd in the bar and the food was lovely. The window in the room didn't open! |

Only stayed one night as a shopping trip in Belfast.Hotel was quiet close enough to Belfase for shopping. In addition to the cost of the hotel we had to pay for hotel car parking and Breakfast. |
