The very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. The location was the main attraction on this occasion, I was visiting the American consulate. |

Not a lot It was the noisiest hotel i have ever stayed at. There were guests running riot for most of the night and creating havoc. I got no sleep. When I arrived the heating was on full blast and there was no means of adjusting it as the control on the radiator didn't work. |

nothing in particular The non-smoking area where my room was stinks with cigarette smoke which was quite undesirable. I will never go back t this hotel and will recommend nobody to stay there |

The room was very clean, the staff friendly and efficient and the reception and bar area very comfortable and welcoming. I found it extremely annoying that having paid for my room, eat in the restaurant and drank in the bar, I was charge £5 to park my car overnight in the hotel carpark. If the hotel really want guests to return they should reconsider charging for their carpark. |

Convenience for purpose of my trip. Staff very pleasant. Public areas a little shabby but perhaps this reflects high level of activity in the hotel. |

Staff at reception were particularly helpful. The ground floor seating area is tired looking with worn & obviously frayed covering to seating. Overall, I would regard this hotel as a good 3 star rather than a 4 star. |

The staff were really friendly and couldn't be more helpfull I didn't like the rooms, for a four star hotel it was a very big let down I have stayed in three star hotels which have been nicer and cleaner |

I thought the staff were excellent - particularly Eibhlin in the dining room when we arrived at 10.01 for breakfast and she still accommodated us most graciously. Also, the staff in the little snack area were great. I did not like the fact that there were hairs on the bathroom floor when I first entered it. obviously from a previous occupant. They were not removed during the period of my visit - I kept an eye on them! It's not good enough to just wipe bathroom surfaces - floors must be swept. |

It was convenient The room I was in the windows did not close properly, so noise could be heard all night. Other rooms in the hotel are better |

If you need to visit Queen's University, this hotel is perfectly placed and next to all the main University Buildings. You just walk outside and your there. The hotel has excellent parking facilities and the Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was very large and spacious, and my partner was happy with the wifi both in the room and in the bar. |

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, that is really about it on the positive sice The room was poorly maintain and not in very good condition. It had been cleaned well by the chambermaid but pink mould in the sealants in the bathroom, the window had a view of a service area roof and leaked, the room looked like it had last been decorated in the early 80s and the pictures on the wall were frankly disturbing. |
