The space of the room. Even with one double bed and two single beds, wach person staying in the room felt a great deal of personal space. For the price i believe we got value for money as i felt at home. |

all facilities attractive. bar facilities especially good-snacks/lunches v good. excellent area for all we wanted to do. Have always loved this hotel during 37 years I lived in Belfast-very sociably agreeable. Brought friends back here from England -specially! Bit noisy at night with so many events going on-especially as we overlooked the car park & when returning at night-out front. |

The main reception area of the hotel is comfortable and attractive, with a nice bar and coffe longe. The breakfast was excellent and I particularly appreciated being able to check in well before the official time. The location was perfect for my needs - as my work was in the vicinity of Queens' University. The room was a little "tired" looking for the price. In particular the bathroom - the shower was not good; something which could be easily and cheaply sorted with a new shower head. |

I choose this hotel with Booking because there was still an available room. My reservation was confirmed. But when I came in the hotel, they hadn't receive my Booking's reservation ! You can find others hotel in the center which are cheaper for same comfort. |

Location is within a 15 min walk from centre-stadff did not outline facilities avilable to us on arrival.It is worth noting that the car park charge was waived. However for £99 per night, breakfast was not included. Although this hotel was rated as a 4* hotel, its a far cry off this mark! On entering the lobby , one is met with an impressive area and services such as bar food or restuarant manu however on entering the bedroom, the standard drops dramaticcally. The decor is of an 1980's standard and the bed linen quilt look shabby &unhygenic.Furthermore I noticed that residents are required to pay for parking! |
