Very close to Queen's Uni where our son is studying and living close by.

The location was excellent within walking distance of pubs, restaurants and local sights.

The location is very good. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The entertainment on the Sat night was very good.

The rooms very deff not 4star. Very shabby and a bit run down. Not enough shower gel, shampoo etc in bathroom. Had to pay £5 to park car even though a resident.

Location. Clean. Good breakfast. Adequate facilities in room--adequate for my needs anyway. Comfortable bed. Enough lights in room. Helpful staff member on departure.

Staff member at check in was not particularly pleasant. Room was basic by four star standards. The window blind did not work, was impossible to pull up--didn't matter with my early departure but would have been a problem if staying a bit longer.

Girl in cafe / bar was really helpful and friendly.

They hadn't received booking in advance,although it was booked at 6pm and arrived at 10pm. Room wasn't set up for 3 people, not enough cups not. Enough towels. Tv remote missing had to go and ask for one only to find tv not tuned in. Don't know where it got 4 star rating only 3 in my book so was disappointed.

Nothing it was as expected for price

The Manager, Gerry, was most obliging as I had a very early start for work on Saturday morning and Gerry arranged an early Breakfast at very short notice and was most polite about it.

There is a Car Parking fee which I was unaware of in advance. In fairness there is a reduction for Hotel Customers.

Bed was very comfortable, access to the Botanical next door (to watch the rugby internationals). Relatively close to city centre without being in it. Entertainment on the Saturday night.

Can't really complain about anything.

Booking.com quoted £60 incl breakfast when I selected the hotel. However I was charged for breakfast on top & so paid £67.50. The hotel advised this was an error by booking.com

The hotel staff were very friendly and supportive.. I asked for a scale to weigh my luggage before heading to the airport and was pleasantly taken aback when a front office staff volunteered to get me one the following day and actually did. Who says they don't make you feel like a family. Breakfast was value for money. Overall, great experience
