The Spa. Room not ready on our arrival & after a long journey from another country you just want to get to the room & relax ! Quality of sevice very bad, waited 45 mins for room service & when food arrived was poor. I had booked a twin room for my friend & I &but 2 single beds made up as a double - not on ! When eating in the Bar/Restaurant area we had to get our own drinks from the bar as no one attended our table ! Much room for improvement.

Location was very good. Feel that the bedrooms needed updating. Decor was old and in some places tatty, hence why I rated the value for money as fair. The rooms were expensive for what they were.

Next door to wembley stadium! Fantastic location. The staff very helpful and friendly. Easy access to transport links and quick journey into central london. Overall a very good hotel base. Food & drink prices a bit high, but to be expected for a london hotel.

I thought that the breakfast was lovely! Also the view from the room was brilliant as well, we had a perfect view of Wembley Stadium (Room 924)! Considering we we were going to the arena for a concert it was lovely walking distance to the arena, and also to the shops and restaurants. The view from the breakfast room wasn't great, I would also say that some rooms have a view of the wall of the hotel next door, so not so great!

Good breakfast In my arrived I had to wait almost 20' at the reception to be driven to my room. I was book a double room and there have shampoo and soap for only one person. Next day I found in bathroom 5 conditioner, 3 body cream and no one body shampoo !!! The room not looking the same as in pictures. It's impossible to choose the temperature you want. the windows that did not open. the bed that moved away from the wall every time you moved. no fridge in room, and you have to pay to have access in Internet when in other less expensive hotels are free. Far from the center of London, almost 1 km (maybe more) to get underground from hotel. Bathroom needed upgrading and very small. This is you not amenities for 4 star hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was very good the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and so was the hallways. The swimming pool looked good so next time I will take my stuff!!! I did expect to have a proper double bed but in our room it was 2 singles joined together so was a dip in the middle if we had been staying for any longer than 1 night I would of asked to be moved. The room was hot and the hot water took ages to reach us on the 8th floor.

The restaurant is fantastic, and great value for money. £25 for a buffet evening dinner seems a lot at first but the choice and quality is excellent and you can have as much as you want of anything. It is a lovely way to spend the evening. The way they charge your credit card is appalling. If you charge to your room anything over an inittial £40 gets charged instantly instead of being added up and being paid as one amount on check out. This means each single transaction goes through individually which does not look good on a business card, therefore your card gets denied even though the funds are there. This has happened twice to me at this hotel. Apparently it's their company policy but no other hotel in the world I stay at does this or do I have this problem with.

That it was near a tube station to get into London easily. Also the leisure centre allowed us to take our granddaughter swimming.

The room was clean and big. It has a hot tea maker, allowing also to do some coffee. Cookies, tea, coffee and sugar were offered every day in the room. Small shampoo and gel with great quality were also offered. It is placed roundly between 10 to 15 minutes from the underground, and it is on zone 4 which turns the subway tickets more expensive. But if you are going to spend just a few days in London as a tourist, in our opinion is a good place to stay because at the end of the day you can rest in peace and not worried with dirtyness as if you were to stay in a lowquality hotel or hoestel.

How close it was to wembley stadium, the staff was really nice and the rooms were pretty big. The beds were uncomfortable. The bar food was overprized and the fish was fucking disgusting. Seriosly the worst fish I have ever tasted in my intire life. Please let the chef know. It was that bad. Mostly everything was overprized. No free wireless internet connection and the computers in the lobby were really slow. And the room was eather really hot or really cold.

We booked the Wembley Plaza as we were going to a concert at the Arena. The hotel was less than a five minute walk which was fantastic, it made life so much easier than having to leave the concert early to rush and get the last train home. Parking at the hotel was great and also free. The buffet breakfast that was included in the price was really good and you could have as much as you wanted. I would really recommend this hotel if you were attending an event at Wembley as it does take a lot of the stress out of the day and allows you to go into central London as well.

Excellent location for the stadium and arena, short walk to underground station. Very out dated and rooms look nothing like the photos on the website, we decided to upgrade for £10.00 extra which I really wouldn't recommend as the "deluxe" room really wasn't as described.

“It was a pleasure staying in a Hotel where everything worked well. There was no damage to any of the tiles in the bathroom and the hot water was plentiful, unlike other hotels that we have stayed in. Our juniour suite was fabulous with panoramic views of London city. The mini bar was fully stocked and the whole experience was thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable.” Nigel, Hereford |
