Location - near to Wembley Stadium. The complimentary fruit/wine basket was nice but would rather have had free internet. No free internet!!! - in this day and age Internet should be free at every hotel especially higher priced hotels like Wembley Plaza. If there is one thing hotel guests hate it's having to pay ridiculous 'per day' prices fir Internet access - It's plain greed by the hotels. I will - from now on- only choose hotels that offer free internet. Could not find out how to work the air-conditioning - if there was any?? There should also be ice machines and vending machines on each floor. The bed roll around too easily and are not that comfortable.

Nice carvery - but overall, the hotel is loooking tired. It isn't jsut down to investment -a bit of polishing of rails etc in pool area would not go amiss

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was ideal, only a 2 minute walk away from both Wembley Arena and Stadium. The room got quite stuffy and hot at night and you had to request for your window to be opened, which is no good when it's 3am and you can't sleep.

I went to a conference at Wembley, and the plaza has the perfect location. The hotel looks old. The hotelroom windows have to be opened by the staff. We got fresh towels every day, and they even threw away our bar of soap and gave us a new one every day. Hotels need to play their part in taking care of the environment, and we found this to be a total waste...

location is great for wembley stadium and conference centre it is definately not 4 star anymore. the hotel is old and tired and dissapointing. the pictures on the website still make it look nice but the reality is its poor in comparison to other hotels

I highly recommend this hotel as do all my family as we had 3 rooms and apart from the great location and it has its own roomy car park , and close to Wembley Arena, the staff, facilities, rooms and food were all excellent. Will most certainly use again.

The staff in the restaurant were very helpful, check in/out very straight forward Very difficult to find even with Sat Nav, should be signposted much better, Car park facilities were awful, leaking roof, not much space, badley lit. Swimming pool area (stairs entrance) not very clean More tea/coffee should be available. Bed needed replacing, very old and squeaky.

The location of the hotel was fantastic as was the leisure facilities, Reception could have been a little friendlier, small shop was great and staff were very helpful. Would book at this hotel again. I thought the bathrooms and windows could do with an update, but apart from that all was great.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor was good and the breakfast was very good too. Room was a bit hot and could not turn down heating. Window only opened a bit. Full of Football fans for FA Cup- not the hotels fault and the staff dealt with tem very well
