staff were excellent especially the barman and breakfast staff yes the family room we booked was very poor and the night we stayed the temperature was -3 and the central heating was insufficient i also wrote a complaint and handed this to your desk staff. |

Wembley Plaza is perfect for an overnight stay after a gig at the stadium or arena and accessible by public transport. The restaurant was dire - vastly over priced nasty buffet food. Not good and no alternative choices. |

Extremely handy for the Stadium, good car parking and friendly, efficient staff. There was no armchair in the bedroom, which made relaxing difficult as i prefer to sit in a comfortable chair and not on the bed. I do object to a 'charity levy' being added to my bill without being asked first. |

The convenience and location (we were visiting a concert at Wembley the night of our stay). The staff were friendly and helpful. The room service charge i felt was unnecessary. I felt that breakfast should have also been included in the price. When on our floor we found it difficult to find our way back to reception - this was not sign posted well enough - we ended up going down the staff lift to the staff area and became lost. |

Got there very late and went to bed, got up, went for breakfast, showered and then checked out to go to graduation. It would have been nice to use the health club but did not have time. Bathroom needed upgrading and very small for a 4 star hotel. |

The Hotel has an excellent proximity to Wembley Arena and Stadium which combined with the choice of public transport,saves the bother and hassle of having your own car.Unfortunately,I did not have the opportunity to use the Health Club,but am sure that the facilities would be to the same high standard as the staff and hotel. |

The fact that it is close to the Wembley Arena where I attended a concert. Breakfast is served too late in the morning as most people have early flights and need breakfast prior to leaving. Found other hotels for same price to be of more superior quality and service. |

The location was quite good and the hotel staff were very helpful Bedroom and bathroom was very basic and old in appearances, bathroom had to much silicone filling in gaps and hand towls are not in a good position because when you lift the toilet seat it rests on them. Not very hygienic. Also disappointed about the 4- star rating not realistic |
