Night staff were extremely helpful. Rooms clean and quiet. Close to all amenities,
The location is great and a bus stop is just outside the hotel. The hotel is clean and nicely refurbished. When asked, they provided toothbrush and toothpaste complimentary. Nice clean hotel.
Wifi is paid in the room, no bottled water available (would be rather nice if they offered)
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Bedroom and bed a good size.

The close proximity to Wembley Stadium
Service was awful! Waited 20 minutes to check in with only 1 person infront of us! For the price I paid for that particular night I would expect at the very least excellent service. I ordered room service and due to somebody else not collecting their food I was offered this or nothing at all! I was still charged at full price for something I did not order yet was my only option. I would never stay here again and recommend that you don't either! Unless of course you like to pay £250.00 per night for very poor service!!
It was 2 mins walk to Wembley arena very convenient if at a concert. staff were friendly, it was very clean, breakfast was lovely chef and waitresses checked Breakfast was okay. Offered good customer services. No complaints Excellent Service would definitely stay there again. KEEP IT UP :)
Location was fantastic went to see the X factor at wembley arena... Was a pleasure to be able to walk 5 mins and we were there. Spa facilities and gym a nice treat. Rooms clean and modern. Had a lovely weekend. Wanted to book the following week for X factor auditions but price doubled to over £200.00 a night.. What ashame. Had to go the Ramada. :)
the reception woman was really rude. she did not know how to reply to customers politely.
It was near Wembley arena which was good for xfactor, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was very good.
Alot of young japeneese running down corridors, about 4/5am in morning.
Lovely hotel, very comfortable, perfectly situated. Altogether a lovely weekend.
Close to Wembley arena, stadium, outlet stores and tube. Great breakfast selection. Good facilities & warm pool. Friendly staff
Booked 2 rooms, one was ready and correct, the other we had to wait over 2 hours past check-in time and still not ready. Given room with double bed, needed 2 singles as per booking. Requested a change at reception and a room swap was made. Still didn't get the room we paid for. Gym equipment showed heavy signs of wear and tear. Bar closed at 11pm on both Friday & Saturday.
The hotel was absolutely fantastic, the staff were very polite and visibly eager to help. The place was spotless and felt like a new hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here.
The tube is a little far to walk so recommend getting a bus from the stop just across the road. Our only niggle was that the pool isn't really suitable for young children or even teenagers (we have both). On both occasions we used it over a 3 day stay we were asked by other users (3 women aged c60) not to cross into the path of their "lengths" (bobbing slowly along the pool with only their head above water). One of these was down the very centre of the pool so while we politely apologised and agreed, this limited us to one side or the other of a smallish pool. I would suggest perhaps an hour or two is set aside for the elderly to doggy-paddle up and down, or a permanent lane roped off at the very edge so that the rest of us needn't fear inadvertently crossing their path.
The room was good
I had to pay £10 for parking my car whilst at the hotel
Everything works. Staff helpful. Brought shaving kit when I was in need of one. Excellent swimming pool.
Confusing shower and poor TV remote not suited to better TV. Not big issues.
Not a lot
The day before travelling, I telephoned the hotel to see whether we could check in half an hour earlier and received a very luke warm response. It was left to me to suggest that I call back an hour before I wanted to check in to see whether or not it would be possible and even then they were vague in their response. I also asked whether there was car parking available. Here I was more successful. I was told there was.... at a charge of £10 per day. Having decided to pay it, I then asked if it was ok to leave the car there after checking out as we were not leaving the area until later that day. I was told that would not be a problem at all .... that I could just pay extra! Having already paid £100 for the room I found this unacceptable and we ended up getting a train... only to find the hotel was a good 15-20 minute walk from the station. We also enquired about using the pool and we looking forward to a swim. However, we were not allowed into the pool as there was an aerobics class taking place. And finally - we requested a room on the top floor but were put on the first floor, right above reception and were kept awake with people talking outside.
