very good service, all staff very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Excellent food Room was smart and stylish very impressed

Chef did not show for work no breakfast. That was large part of reason for staying there. Very disappointing.

Wentbridge House is a beautiful hotel with excellent dining facilities and large comfortable rooms. The staff had a very professional approach, helpful and informative. which made our stay with them even more pleasent than expected. will be recommending and returning.

Had 2 mild complaints the previous stay but none on this occasion.

The Wentbridge is just great in every way, the staff, the service, rooms, facilities, food. We invited friends for a Christmas dinner and it was superb. This was out sixth visit and will not be our last.

Stayed for a 60th birthday and the whole event, stay, food, room was fantastic Loved the mulled wine and mince pie on arrival

Courteous staff, general cleanliness of the hotel and everything worked in the room. Normally find something is not working correctly, especially in the bathroom.

Did not get the room type I booked. Told the alternative was an upgrade? even though when I originally booked the room, it was the best on offer. This room had been booked for some time and would have preferred to have been made aware of this change before arriving at the hotel.

Everything! This was quite simply the best hotel stay Iv had on business for many a year. Superb!

Went there for a wedding a great wedding venue

the hotel was lovely. we were upgraded to a jnr suite which was beautiful. very clean and comfortable. good parking. good location for pontefract racecourse. gardens were lovely. breakfast and evening meal were fantastic. not the cheapest hotel but we felt it was worth every penny. would stay again. excellent.

Welcome was excellent and they upgrade if at all possible. Food was not cheap but fantastic quality. Rooms relaxing. Location easy to get to.

Too much noise from the court yard below our window at night (room 16) Why not have a drinks limit outdoors after 11.00 or 12.00pm? More information on walking routes in the area, attractions etc. I asked one member of staff about walks and she replied that she didnt know the area...

Very picturesque spot. Room spotless very modern and comfortable. Exremely freindly and polite staff from booking in at reception to the bar and restaurant couldnt do enough for us. Food both breakfast and evening meals were beautifully cooked and presented and very enjoyable well worth the price complements to the chef. Beautiful gardens surrounding a fabulous Hotel.

Have stayed there before. Very convenient for visiting Leeds.

Full Yorkshire breakfast poor quality. Sound of running water , from the bathroom , all night long. Hotel overpriced.

Toilet facilities for wedding guests very poor Reception staff didn't appear to know what she was doing Didn't think the room, although it was lovely, was worth the price. I think £80 - £100 for the night would have been fairer. Also was under the impression that wedding guests had a discount, so when questioned the receptionist, she said that the price we paid when we booked was a discount, yet I booked it on your website and there was no facility to accomodate a discounted rate!

The setting is beautiful, the staff were friendly. The elderly lady who served us breakfast on the sunday morning was a real gem, very sweet an polite.

The price is quite expensive, however it is a very luxurious place and setting.

It was just a perfect break with Excellent staff.. We could not fault anything.. we will be staying there again..
