It was a pleasant hotel, rooms were fine, breakfast included, very nice view. Rooms very traditional and equipped with all you need. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff very nice, helped us with activities and places to visit in Bath. You cannot arrive later than 10.30pm to collect your key, when arriving from a long way it is difficult and stressful to know if you are going to be on time. No 24hours reception. And no parking space. |

Bath is a beautiful city. The history there is amazing. This hotel provided good breakfasts. The staff was very helpful in calling cabs, looking up information on town businesses, etc. The hotel was old but well maintained and had a lot of character. The location was good compared to some outer lying B&Bs but still not real convenient to go back and forth from town. It's about a 15 minute walk to town which is doable but coming back is uphill and a bus or taxi is best. If you have three or more people, a taxi costs less than the bus. |

The staff Age of the hotel, no one at the bar, too far from historic district. It was just not what I expected. Too much money for what I got. |

Close to Bath city centre within walking distance.Room was lovely but a bit cramped though the sitting room/conservatory was a nice bonus. Due to the nature of the building unfortunately we could hear guests going up and down the stairs and were woken very early by the guest snoring in the next door room! |

environmental health, trading standards, the AA and my family solicitor have all been contacted with reference to my my stay at this awful hotel. there were mushrooms growing out of the skirting and what i presumed to be dried blood on the inside of the bed covers absolutely everything. rude and terrible staff, unhygenic rooms, expensive, disgusting. |

My partner and I both thought the staff were very friendly and would do their upmost to help you in anyway they could. I did read some of the reviews after I'd booked my stay with Wentworth House, and to be honest I was rather alarmed at what some people had said about the hotel. Yes the hotel is dated, but other then that its ok. I think that some visitors had been a little too picky. |

The cooked breakfast was very good. The outdoor facilities in the summer would be very good. The room was what I expected The central heating didn't work in the room and the shower was very difficult to get to the correct tempreture |

The layout of the building. There was rubbish under the bed which had not been removed. The instructions on the website were not very clear, and it took us quite a while to find it. |

Its location was pretty much what we were looking for. Nice small hotel / guest house, very clean and friendly staff. If anything just the hours of breakfast were just a touch early and the cooked breakfast itself was not great. |

The lounge bar was an unexpected "extra" facility that we found very comfortable and useful for liasing with our friends (also guests). In one of the two rooms we booked, the shower water was too hot! |

It was clear that when we booked in our room had not been reserved for us, and so we were hurriedly put into another room. We were also asked for the full amount up front, even though 50% off the price had already been taken out of my account as a deposit. This was eventually sorted out however. At breakfast we had to wait for over 30 minutes for order to be taken. Rooms were not cleaned every day |

The main reason for selecting this hotel was the price and the 15-minute walk to the city was managable despite extremely cold weather conditions while we were in Bath. The hotel did not seem particularly clean but I think this did have a lot to do with the dated decor of the place. |
