Hotel staff very friendly, secluded safe car park, bedroom and bathroom clean. Nice breakfast too. I'd stay here again. We had a room at the front of the hotel which got very noisy over the weekend when the locals left the pubs and clubs. I would request a room around the back next time. Bathroom needed updating and the saniflo system at the back of the toilet exuded a nasty smell upon first arrival (after flushing) but it did disappear after a day or so.

The hotel owners were warm and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had booked to stay one night in Thetford because of our interest in Tom Paine. There is not a lot to do in Thetford, and we should have asked the owners advice about having a meal at the Tom Paine hotel - it was poor and overpriced. The bathroom was very small. Our room faced the main street and on the Saturday night we were there there was a lot of noise, hardly the fault of the owners, but enough to wake us up a couple of times.

Breakfasts were top notch and done to perfection Could do with a decent set of curtians in the room we were in. Bathroom could do with an upgrade. Wardrobe space at a premium.

The breakfasts were amazing! Ample parking. The beds were too firm. There was a lot of noisy pedestrians outside our window most of the Saturday night. Perhaps this was because there was no double glazing in our bedroom?

centrally located in Thetford within easy walking distance of the town centre and its attractions and shops. Ample and safe on-site parking. Friendly and efficient staff. If you don't know Thetford ask for directions as the town one-way system and closed street ends have to be mastered. Once you have the right road in its very straight-forward.

The very best thing about Wareham House was the owners, Caroline and Andy. They were welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. They were always ready with a suggestion about where to eat dinner and how to get to the various places we wanted to visit. The homecooked breakfasts were delicious! We were very comfortable at Wereham House and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

I was made very welcome by the owner of the hotel on arrival. My room was very clean and I was impressed with the modern decor as well as the 'homely' feeling. The breakfast in the morning was cooked exactly right. I would certainly recommend this hotel. Parking was safe and easy too. I had a most enjoyable stay.

A small quest house with about 8 rooms. Double Kingsize bed; very helpful reception, clean room, quite street, Great range for a full good English breakfast. I will recommend it . TV and drink making facilities in the room. Spacious shower but no bath. Break fast ends at 8.30. This is too early.
