Food was good and staff knowledgable
We would like breakfast as a buffet help yourself for cooked
The staff. Food. Location. Cleanliness. Due to the complaint made the room tariff was refunded within 2 days of returning they are as good as their word
Noise from pipes. No fan working in the bathroom. Shower not staying at a constant temperature.
Had a great deal for £23 for a evening meal, with a main, dessert and drink. Then a breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was the best we have had in a while. Great service.
Location, quality of accommodation, value for money.
Ground level car park was full so had to go into basement car park which was a bit tight to get in to.
Very big room, and trustworthy people.
a bit cold in this time of the year but manageable, not so bad to make a complain!!
Stayed for one night. No issues room was adequate bed was great. Not the nicest area but that's not the hotel just west Bromwich generally is a bit run down
Tv didn't work though not a huge issue as only putting it on as background noise whilst getting ready
Good location, on-site parking.
Stayed in hotel with a relative, we were attending a family party in the area. We returned to hotel around 3am and within 5 minutes reception rang from downstairs saying they'd had a complaint, can we keep the noise down?! Being aged over 50 we weren't shouting & screaming and running around, simply talking in normal tones. Its disconcerting that (a) walls are so thin that we could be heard & (b) it took all of 4 minutes for someone to complain?!. We mentioned on reception in the morning only to be advised that the hotel is a "Quiet Zone" from 10pm to 7am. So Im now assuming that means NO TALKING (back to schooldays!). The toilet flushed VERY loudly. & there is a galvanised building/shed behind hotel..rain dropping onto it also loud enough to keep you awake. Id think it was more appropriate to address these noise issues. Nice enough hotel in other ways but I wouldn't stay again..
Staff very warm and friendly On site facilities good Excellent breakfast deal
The helpfulness, courtesy and concern of the staff.
Lack of some Sky Channels on T.V. e.g Sport and 'History' type channels However did not really affect the overnight stay.
cleanliness room layout bed food staff
the carpark was not very well signposted and walking through in the dark as a single woman wasnt the best
The staff were extraordinary, so helpful and friendly (especially June!), definitely put the client first. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable.
Staff was very helpful and easy to work with. Hotel seemed very clean and quiet.
Neighborhood was a bit sketchy looking like i was in the wrong part of town. Beds were overly firm.
Good location Free parking on site Large, comfortable room Comfortable bed Usual Premier Inn options for pillows etc. Happy hour drink offer. Friendliness of staff particularly breakfast waitress, June.
No hair dryer in room. Light bulb over mirror in bathroom had gone so poor light for make up. Paying extra for breakfast. Paying extra for wifi.
One of the better Premier Inns we have stayed at, all the Staff were very friendly and helpful, clean room nice and bright good view on the 7th floor, plenty of free car parking on site. Bed was a little hard but reception sorted it so second night was more comfortable. Restaurant staff fab and food good...meal deal a bonus.
Sound of running water in bathroom all the time and bad smell from bath and sink waste.
Overall stay was very enjoyable. Rooms spacious and very clean. Main highlight was the friendliness of the staff there. They were very helpful and we would certainly use this hotel again.
Friendly, helpful staff. Close to tram or cheap taxi to the Bull Ring etc. Nice bar, comfy bed, really spacious room with big windows.
West Brom is a bit of a dump, but close to the centre of Birmingham.
The location wasn't too bad. I liked the price of the hotel compared to other hotels nearby
The room was none smoking but smelt so bad of smoke One of the lifts wasn't working. The only one functioning took ages The hotel is close to a mosque. We could hear people worshiping v loudly from 7am not great if you want to have a lie in
We stayed on floor 7,room 701 @2.30pm until 4ish others were drunk banging doors shouting I never know u supposed ring @ the reception and report it never had a good sleep : ( ranjit kaur .
Staff very helpful location for us was very good, easy parking
Always book online as it's more expensive to book through the hotel. Staff here were so friendly and couldn't do enough. Hotel not the prettiest I've ever stayed in but had my eyes closed for 8 hrs of my stay. Food was ok, typical chain food.
Staff very nice
The area and also the rooms arnt homely
The location and parking was great. The manager was lovely he was friendly he knew his job and made our stay easy. The room was clean and the same standard as other premier inn's.
The food was undercooked and had to be sent back the wait was extensive although the restaurant was empty. The staff require further training although trying hard. The same with the breakfast again not the staffs fault the manager saved the day!!...
Having booked a breakfast upon arrival and being told it was upto 11:00 am, although we did leave it until the last minute, when we arrived at 11:00 we were told there wasn't any bacon or sausage left, a full English without bacon and sausage is not a breakfast. Also, a discount used to be offered on a Saturday night to cpls attending club extasia, this was not offered even though we expressed that we were attending the club when booking and also on arrival. £89 is a little much
The restuarant service was very slow
