I knew I'd be arriving very late after a trip to Wembley. Needed somewhere with a 24 hour check in near work. It was perfect for this and much cheaper than the other Premier Inn nearby.

Friendly and efficient staff. Clean and tidy room that was well furnished. Take advantage of the meal deal to make eating economical. Good quality breakfast that was cooked to order, not sat in the warmer for hours on end. Book early to get an even better price making it even better value for money. Nothing. I received good service at a sensible price.

We chose this Inn because it was close to our venue (family celebration) plus its position close to jct.1 On the m5. Travelling from the London area this meant motorway travel to the Inn without having to negotiate Birmingham's traffic system. There was a problem parking close to the entrance (we are both in our eighties). The Receptionist was welcoming and very efficient. There are lifts to all floors and no necessary steps to negotiate. Cards are used to access all floors and rooms. The room and bathroom were spotless and we both enjoyed a good night's sleep in quiet surroundings. Car parking close to the Inn was a problem.

The staff from the minute we walked in used our first names. They knew what we ate for breakfast the day before and were on the ball when pre-ordering for us. Clean enviroment, easy acess to shopping, quiet enough for relaxing. Definately would use Premier Inn hotels going forward.

The staff were very friendly without being intrusive, and all seemed genuinely happy with their work and engaged in their roles. Really refreshing to see and with a relatively new re-fit, nice surroundings and very welcoming. Will definitely come again and recommended on the basis that the staff made such an effort over and above a usual Premier Inn stay.
