An amazing staff whom made us feel welcome, The Manager John Britton went beyond to make our stay a comfortable one. We intend to use Premier Inn West Brom again.

Saturday evening meal a disaster told they had a booking for 17 at 7.00 at 6.30 told to go in now but finish quickly or wait to 8.00 .we waited to 8.00 eventually in by 10.00 most of what we wanted was not available .we left when spoke next day excuses but no real satisfaction will not return to hotel again this was my second return

Central location for travelling in the West Midlands for business in Walsall,Dudley, Wolverhampton. Friendly staff

Integrated restaurant did not have a lighter menu like soup and a roll/sandwich option. Car Park I can appreciate is at a premium having one available and for free but parking could be a bit tight at times if other drivers were not considerate. I had to squeeze across one morning to release the handbrake and roll the car forward to get into the car. The car next to me was in his space but just a fraction close to the white line on both sides because they had a bigger vehicle than mine.

Soap applicators were damaged in 2 rooms we had. Cold inside the rooms and coulnd't heat it.

Tiny tv in bedroom. Hotel's Wi fi in room was very erratic and dropping off line. Waited 45 minutes for starter then another 20mins for main course which turned out to be not what was ordered.

The staffs customer service was impeccable. We have stayed in the hotel the year previous and wanted to return this year because of the way the staff and rooms. We highly recommend this hotel to all our friends and business partners heading in that area. The girls June and Vanessa in the breakfast room was always greeted us with a pleasant smile and always having a cheery conversation with us and we noticed also with all other guests in the room as well. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they are definitely a fine asset to your company. Also your Receptionist Dan Horrocks again impeccable customer service we had trouble with the temperature in our room. He changed our room for us with no fuss at all. And always made us feel welcomed and important to have us stay. Nothing was too much trouble for Dan we found him to be very pleasant and another fine asset to your company... The staff definitely make you feel welcomed as well as important and make sure your stay is one you will always remember. Also upon leaving, your left with the feeling of returning again when your back in West Bromwich. Which we will definitely do with pleasure.

Booked the Premier Inn as its a good location for an easy stroll to the Hawthorns. The local area lacks a good pub but the Hotel bar was comfortable and welcoming with very friendly staff both on the bar and reception. Definitely stay here again.Easy parking at weekends at front of Hotel but check in before you try to park at other times as you need a code for underground car park

The location. I didn't feel secure that my car would be safe in the parking area.

I rang from my room to reception for over 30 minutes and no answer.I personally went to reception and there were 4 people waiting Infront of me and ONLY 1 member of staff at reception,the phone was continuously ringing and I had to personally intervene and approach another member of staff,he explained it was very busy and short staffed..not good enough!
