Durch einen Fußweg ist der Strand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Außerdem verfügt das Hotel über eine eigene Bar, in der man ungezwungen sitzen kann. |

It was a very enjoyable place to stay with welcoming staff and the food was delicious. The room was of an excellent standard except for the bed which could have been softer. However the shower was 'top notch' one of the best showers i've ever had. |

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, our room was fresh and clean and decorated to a good standard.The breakfasts were also good. The Lift gave us a heart attack every time we used it. |

we liked the location, breakfasts, the staff, easy access to our room. for the first few days, the room above ours (ours was 14) gave out a loud and constant creaking noise when it was occupied..it sounded like a very loud creaky old bed. i mentioned it to reception and it stopped then til the end of our stay |

The staff were very helpful and the atmosphere was good. The tea making tray was not very clean and it was not cleaned during our stay! (numerous milk splashes) The kettle had water in it on arrival and should have been empty for reasons of hygene. No tea bags, had to collect from reception.We reported that the heating was not on in our rooms(at the top of the building) were as other heating was on.Nobody attended to it during the stay, it is a good job it did not turn cold until we left. All only small points but need attention. |

Convenient to the BIC, shops and beach. The room was small but adequate for purpose. TV did not receice all digital channels. Main issue was the matress was very hard, which in itself was not too bad, but together with being able to fee the springs made for a uncomfortable nights sleep. |

It was close to the beach and only a short taxi ride into the city centre for a night out. Parking was limited at the hotel out front and the rear car park was not signposted. |

Unlike most hotels in Bournemouth we could book for 1 night only on a weekend The cleanliness of the bathroom ie toothpaste splashes behind basin,toilet roll holder had come off the wall, shower tray had bad chips enabling germs to breed. Most staff did not have english as first language and thereby did not understand requests made at breakfast |
