The room was of high standard, very well decorated, nice flat screen tv. The hotel was very central for shops, nightlife and beach. We wasn't impressed with the breakfast. |

It was close to the beach and only a short taxi ride into the city centre for a night out. Parking was limited at the hotel out front and the rear car park was not signposted. |

Unlike most hotels in Bournemouth we could book for 1 night only on a weekend The cleanliness of the bathroom ie toothpaste splashes behind basin, toilet roll holder had come off the wall, shower tray had bad chips enabling germs to breed. Most staff did not have english as first language and thereby did not understand requests made at breakfast |

we only stayed one night and so cannot really comment steps down to the shower room. I think guests should be warned of this as it could pose a problem to some . There was a repetative loud banging noise from some internal equipment persistently during the early hours . |

We paid £65 for the room which was a good value for Bournemouth however I would never agree to pay the fullprice of £135. Also the hotel staff are great, the receptionist and the restaurant staff are outstanding. They tried to copy an average Premier Inn, but the furniture is cheap and not hotel style at all, the bathroom design is absolutely inadecuate, it's quite large but useless, there is no place to put your toiletries. We had a premier room, don't even know what a standard could look like |

Excellent location for BIC and seaside. Comfortable bed, good facilities in room - even an ironing board. Wonderful shower. Friendly & helpful staff serving breakfast. Cleanliness not quite good enough e.g. toilet bowl and sink had drip marks down the outside, toilet brush dirty. Dangerous steps down to bathroom esp if you need to use the loo at night. Mould around windows in bedroom, windows not double glazed. Dreadful TINNED mushrooms with an otherwise decent breakfast - why? |

The hotel was well locateed The heating was not on and the staff did not appear to be concerned about this fact. There was insufficient towels and coffee in the room and when we asked for this it appeared to be an inconvenience. |

The staff were very friendly apart from the phantom duty manager on our last night. On our last night me and two other guests (we did not know one another) found ourselves locked out. It took 20 minutes and a phone call to raise the duty person to unlock the front door and give guests their room keys. This is not acceptable particularly as we had each been assured that the front door would be unlocked until the last guest was in. There was a front door bell but no response was gained ringing that as I say for at least 20 minutes. On this basis I would not recommend this hotel. |
