Beds comfy, very clean, shower hot, kitchen facilities good, great location, even sized bedrooms.
A lot of steps up to flat (not mentioned in the description) so tricky with bags. Lounge area smaller than on picture and only 3 comfy chairs for 4 people sharing. Some noise from flat above (not a party but sounded like kids running up and down the wooden floors). The wall in our bedroom was not just damp but wet through (you should check that it must be a leak?). Shower sprayed water around bathroom.

The apartment itself was great.
Asking the same question repeatedly before getting a response. Being accused of fraud and non payment only a few days before I was due to arrive (I had paid in full months in advance!!)... only for their staff to give our unit code to someone who was not even on our booking!!!! The most ridiculous process I have ever had to do just to book accommodation. Being forced to sign a noise policy while they failed to disclose the tunnel being drilled all through the night for a nearby tube station!

Location, well stocked kitchen, comfortable, modern and as pictured and described.
I was travelling with my 18 year old son. Corresponded with the company in advance regarding sheets for the sofa bed. Would told it would be provided. Upon arrival not there. Despite numerous promises that it would be fixed the entire stay passed without a simple delivery of extra bedding. Meant that we had to share the bed which meant we got far less value than we expected from the flat.
It was well located to access shows and key attractions.
Carrying our cases up 4 sets of stairs as it was only in the fine print about no lift. Being locked out of our room after paying for a late checkout. No storage in the bathroom.
No lift. Noise at night. Towels not changed. Stairs very difficult with baby. Couldn't take baby buggy inside main door unless folded so baby had to be lifted outside door Really should have been advised that apartment not suitable for baby
Comfortable, practical apartment with plenty of room for 1-2 people. Furnished with taste, and the kitchen was functional with all necessary appliances and equipment. Great location.
There was no contact with staff at anytime, as there is no-one present on location. Cost is high for what is in many respects poor service--checkout at 10AM, and nowhere to leave luggage after that. They would have charged me 75 pounds to check out later than 10AM!

Nothing specifically, except the carpet in sleeping room. Might be better to have laminat.
The location was fantastic! It was also excellent to have door codes when there isn't any staff onsite. The communication prior to our stay was also comprehensive and helpful (although a little out of date).
The apartment did not have enough cutlery for 4 people! We had to go and purchase extra plastic knives and forks in order to all eat together which was very disappointing. The knives were rusty, there was no plug for the sink, meaning that while you could not make up a dishwasher load (with the 3 spoons in the apartment), you also could not wash items individually with ease. We moved the chairs in the lounge and there was rubbish and dust under there which could have been years old, so that was also not pleasant. Overall though, it was a very acceptable stay.
Exept the location in London which is really good the flat is a shame
The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. It was just a short walk from the tube station. It had lots of natural light and the apartment was secure and quiet.
We thought the cost per night was somewhat at the high end especially as it was low season.
When arrived the code given to me for entry didn't work. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything in the apartment above. If you want to stay in London and not sleep (for 2 weeks like I did) then this is a place for you. The staff did not resolve the issue. I paid $2780 for 2 weeks and was rendered exhausted for that time. All I ever got was a sorry by email with every grievance. The shower head is broken and the light in the bathroom broke twice. The carpet is dirty and needs a good shampooing or better yet replacement. Parts of the wood flooring feels like unstable and is on it's way to giving way.

The second room / bedroom needs a clear definition of what it is, it's just an empty space.
There was no weekly cleaning service done as promised and the ironing board was poor.
