Good location. Small rooms but very cosy. For the price very good. Staff are friendly. We will be booking again in the new year.
Location - near to overland with two options. Short walk to Westfield London which is fabulous - includes an Apple store and every major brand of shopping. Breakfast is adequate but be early - from 8.15 on is chaos! Room is clean but small. Self catering is a challenge! We will stay here again.
Having to wait for breakfast because we went down too close to the end of the breakfast service.
Room too small, no free wifi.
Breakfast could have been better I thought continental was more than what was offered and for the amount of rooms not many tables .
The central location of the hotel.
The fact that the Wi-Fi was not free.
I liked the kitchenette with microwave, stove, fridge, wooden floors and free breakfast. Hotel is in a quiet location within walking distance of Westfield Mall, Sheperds Bush Tube Station and Kensington High Street. Buses go from in front of hotel to Harrods/ Knightsbridge. Staff. Is friendly and helpful. Overall, Kensington Suites Hotel is clean and good value for money - I recommend it to other travellers.
There should have been a chair & table in the room for eating, especially since there is a kitchenette. Drinking glasses should have been provided glasses - got two different ones after asking. Kitchen sink was leaking in the first room so changed to another room, where the bathroom sink was leaking - did not bother to change rooms after that. Hotel should provide "do not disturb" signs for doors so that "Housekeeping" does not wake you up. Breakfast time should end at 11 am instead of 9 on weekdays & Saturdays as most people are on holiday and shouldn't have to get up that early to eat.
Leaving the place behind
Reception staff ignored me for nearly 20 minutes while on his mobile phone. Swipe key for room didn't work and receptionist said I would have to get him to use the master 'key' when I wanted to get in to room and there was nothing he could do about that. Shower was so small I could hardly move in it. No towels in the room at arrival. Bed springs were very obvious when sitting on bed. Windows were wide open to clear the room from previous occupants, but it still smelled odd. Sink was in the wardrobe below the microwave oven. Horrendous place with no attempt to make the visit welcome.
Location, modern and clean.
Shower was not working well, drainage in shower partially blocked.
Value for money and very helpful staff
Fari location for London standard prices
Room was smelly, small and dusty. Very poor breakfast. All the facility give a very bad impression
Location, acessability and cleanliness of bathroom
Noisy street all night long. Can hear everything from other rooms. Did not have a decent night sleep during stay. Poor breakfast.
Just 10-15 minutes walking to nearest underground station.
Location is quite far when you want to visit the city center; The room didn't have the separation between shower and the rest of the bathroom (so there was a mess everytime we took a shower). When we talk this to the reception, he said that at the website was not written that there will be a separation (bad answer I think..). The breakfast is awful, just bread and some jam. Milk needed to be asked to waitress to warm it up at microwave; The room was too noisy, everyone e could listen the other rooms; Room location was at the basement..
Location, easy check in no moans for what we paid clean and comfy needs a bit of TLC but as I said for what we paid it ticked all the boxes
Excellent location with approximaty to tube and bus stations to Central london. Room were with appropriate size and facilities. Breakfast room was cramped need more space for all the guests. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and professional. Price was the best in the london. Looking forward for the next stay with you.
Receptionist was rude.basement Room window lock was broken. When i ask change my room he was bit angry. He says room is very safe and asked extra money for next door basement room. Room walls very thin. You can hear next door . won't stay there again.
Staff is cold and unfriendly and just is in it for the money. Rooms are small and breakfast is a joke. Although its a 10 minute walk from Shepherds Bush you feel being ripped off constantly. We had a double bedroom but it was barely enough for 1.5 person. Its close to a BUSY street which goes on 24/7. This place is not recommended!
close to where i needed to be key card worked 24 hours reception was not dirty fridge
noisy ventilation could not move tv to a better viewing position cold shower no wake up service breakfast times to rigid. no cooked breakfast on offer pillows not wonderful. No mobile reception
breakfast clean microwave TV fast check in / check out
WI-FI is not FREE
Location was good and the price was good.
Bathroom rather cramped and blocked sink.Bed bit uncomfortable and was pushed tight against the wall making access tricky.Breakfast was a bit sparse.
Hello, my name is Ofer Fridman and I wish to tell you about an insident that accoured to my son and I. When we arrived to a Hotel named- Kensinton suit hotel, London. At the 5th of september 2014. I want to tell and explane the meaning of my last name which is Fridman. Fridman's meaning is a peace man. Me and my family are jews that lives in Israel and against all of hte judgements that poeple tend to think about us, we belive in Respect for others and Of course peace. When we arrived to the hotel reseption we have been asked by the maneger of the hotel to show our passports adn to fillout our details, suddenly the look and the way of speach of the maneger has changed to a disrespectful look and talk. He took us to see the room and when we entered the room we couldent belive what we have seen. Big parts of the floor were totaly broken, the room had an terrible smell adn we could even place the bags because the room was too small and there wasmall beds) , The bathroom was so small that the bathroom door could even opened propperly and hit with the cince, We had to shuve our way through the door in order to enter both the room and the bathroom. We rushed to the reseption to have an explanation about the room, and he explaned to us in a disrespectful and threatful ton of speach, that it is the room that is meant for you. We were offendent adn we understood by his ton, that he does not like israeli jews. We kept asking very nicely if he could consider moving us to another and better room as we saw on the booking site. He told us : " If you want that kind of room you need to pay extra". We told him that the room we have but was already expensive, and we want the same room that we have seen on the site. At the end we convinsed him to show us another room, when we arrived to the other room we were shoked Again by the room which is almost the same as the first one. We had to leave the bags in the room and we left to call home.
Matress and bedding Wifi connection
The non stop noise The dirt inside and out The lack of security in room Litter left in room Shared bathrooms
Floor needs to be relayed and screws from the fixed cupboard were exposed and sharp. However close to transport
Men did not seem to care just said hello and goodbye
Bed was comfy and sheets were clean
Room was tiny and in need of some tlc. . Shower was even smaller. . breakfast was boiled eggs toast and cereal. . Nothing else on offer. . Very basic
Location! Few minuets walk way from the station in a lovely area.
Everything else! Room was poor, with floorboards coming up. Regret not paying the extra for something worth the money.
