It was clean. The staff friendly. Only a short walk from the tube station.

Not enough tea/coffee/milk in the room.

Good location, both buses and underground connecting to the city centre, nearby shopping centre (Westfields), breakfast is a plus since its not that usual to have breakfast in this price range. Clean rooms, no smell, bed was okay too, not very busy neighbourhood = calm sleep. Nice and always smiling staff.

Excellent location. In the very vicinity of the marvellous Holland Park and the Shephard's Bush tube station, next to one of the largest shopping centres in London - Westfield.

The price for the room must be paid at the check-in. Small room and small bathroom. The breakfast coffee is not tasty.

Great value for money, clean rooms, helpful staff.

Very expensive wi-fi, charged me 5 pounds to keep my luggage for 5 hours.

Very good hotel and in a very good price. Perfect for a weekend! All rooms were very clean and tidy.

Only disadvantage, my land line in the room didn't work.

Cramped room, so much so that couldn't open the bathroom door for the wardrobe which doubled up as a bedside table (but it did contain a kitchen sink and a microwave!) Radiator boiling hot with no thermostat valve, and street noise too loud to keep window open.

If you are looking for value for money, I strongly recommend this hotel. It is ideal for young couple like us. The facilities are – it has a small kitchenette (having microwave oven and small refrigerator). It is closer to Shephard’s Bush underground station (Central line – its only 8-10 mins walking distance) where you can find Morrisons and Mac D... . One more thing, this hotel is in London underground zone 2 area. Therefore, if you are using Oyster card, it would be cheaper to travel in and out from London’s main attractions.

It's close to Shepard's Bush tube station and Westfield and it's affordable. My basement room was sufficiently clean and didn't smell.

There are 40 rooms cramped into this typical Kensington Victorian row- house so they're very-very small. The breakfast place is small as well which means you may have to wait to get a table, although it isn't worth to wait for the very basic breakfast. There is no free wifi.

very friendly staff, close to the tube (5-10 mins walk), clean and tidy room, I did try Internet connection and it was excellent, tv was good, I had small kettle with some tea, coffe, sugar and milk witch was just great, also the bed was comfort and nice, I had a bedroom at the basement area which I though gonna be problem (noisy and window to the street) but It wasn't...

just one thing I didn't like- the bathroom was very small and shower and toilet was so close together without some shower curtain but I could have shower so it wasn't so big deal

The location and price was excellent and the staff friendly and polite.

The room needed a fresh coat of paint and carpet in need of update, if this had of been the case it would have made a big difference to the appearance overall.

Pleasant staff, good ensuite, tea/coffee making, nice clean sheets.

The shower bracket was broken, the room needed a lick of paint, and the carpet needed a good clean, or be replaced.
