Alt var dårlig. Skittent vegg til veggteppe, svært dårlig service i respesjonen, den ene var rett og slett uhøflig og så ut til å være irritert på at det rett og slett var gjester på hotellet. Lite frokostrom med slett frokost. Svett ost og syltetøy var alt som var av pålegg, og vi måtte vente på plass. Vi orket frokost bare den ene mornigen fordi den var så dårlig. Dusjen var full av mugg, og dusjkabinettdørene var ødelagt, slik at det var vann på hele gulvet etter dusjen. Utsikten til hagen var en haug gamle toalett/klosettet som bare var satt der. Det var ubehagelig. Airkondition gikk ikke an å slå av da fjernkontrollen ikke virket. Vi håper dere kan formidle dette videre, og fjerne hotellet fra listen deres.

The location is spot on for central london - about a 5-10 minute walk from shepherds bush station. I ordered a double bedroom the day before I went and had no problems with the booking so I was pleased that all went smoothly and there were no extra costs added. The room I recieved was ok - for the price I paid I wasnt expecting anything amazing however the room was clean and the bathroom was slightly nicer than the bedroom itself! My friend however was staying in the same hotel and had booked the same as me and had recieved a much nicer and larger bedroom! So i'm guessing it was luck of the draw and I didn't get as nice a room as my friend.

Several things I didn't like about the hotel firstly the floor we were on had no corridor light at all! Not only was it quite dangerous but we were not warned about this and struggled to see anything nevermind finding our room (had to use my phone to get some light!). Secondly our room was clearly a single bedroom but they'd managed to squeeze in a small double bed. The tv was a bit dodgy in our room, it seemed to struggle to get signal and whenever I stood near it/ in the way of the TV's reception it flickered and paused so in the end we didn't bother using the tv! In our room we also didn't recieve any extra pillows or a thicker blanket (but my friends room did) and all we had to sleep with was a thin blanket which wasn't comfortable and I would've liked an actual duvet. Also both doors in our room didn't close properly and had to be slammed shut otherwise they wouldn't close. The curtains were really thin and let in all the light so around 4am it was bright in our room, the windows also were extremely thin and let in all the noise and therefore we couldn't sleep at all. The sink in the bathroom had no plug so could've easily dropped something down there and the shower taps didn't say if it was hot or cold. I didn't enjoy breakfast at all - had to wait a while for a table as the breakfast room is tiny and there was hardly any variety only bread, cheese, jams, 1 type of cereal and boiled eggs. The juice and milk were all warm but maybe it's down to personal taste. Overall me and my bf had a terrible nights sleep due to the noise and light and being very uncomfortable with a blanket for warmth, but it may have been down to our room as my friend (her room was in the basement, we were on the top floor) didn't have the same complaints we had! I think some rooms are more comfortable then others and your experience depends on which room you get!

even though I paid in advance I attempted to find another place to stay. room 13 was dirty, is the size of a bed. no kettle, noisy, no mirror and not even a clothes cabinet. I had to leave the door open because they had no keys. no place too wash in the room and no 'kitchenette as advertised'; if this rating is greater than 1 then something is wrong with the feedbacks. My accomodation in a middle east work camp was better - at least I didnt suffer bed bug infestation which you will suffer here. do not believe other ratings above 1 they are fixed.

The backyard is very nice (there is a squirrel), the staff is friendly, they have European plugs)

Wi-fi is not free, no slippers, shower caps, no gown (only towels, shampoo and soup)

I just thought that If I was given more information about the hotel I would not have stayed there and I am therefore disappointed with booking.com There was rubbish in my room on arrival and the view from my room was off the hotel garden which had 6 old toilets an rubbish it it. Not a pleasant hotel at all.

Absolutely nothing. It was a horrible experience!

It was the worst experience we've ever had at a hotel. The place was a fire hazard - boxes and piles of bedspreads and broken toilets in the hallways. The first room for 3 was in the basement and it was dark and dirty. The first room for 2 had cracked walls, missing light bulbs, missing shelves, missing carpet in front of the bathroom, warped wooden door to the bathroom. Disgusting. We had to take two other rooms because we had already paid for this "dump." The 3 in that room had cracked walls, a curtain that had fallen down, different types of bulbs in the lamps which didn't match the lamps, a broken shower door and a hole in the wall from the door being opened and closed. We had a room that was similarly disgusting. Breakfast in the basement had a skylight which had garbage and empty bottles on top of the glass.

Location is good.. rate was reasonable as compared to the hostel i stayed one night before.

Hotel staff was rude & not helpful at all.. the shower was broken and they didn't even try to repair it.. the drain was blocked and water soaked the carpet a little bit..

Good location close to Shepherds Bush Station, good TV reception. Room well cleaned.

Indifferent impatient family staff with fake smiles, small room, room not clean when arrived, poor breakfast, a queue outside the dining room to get breakfast at 8am - not enough space for all guests, broken and missing stuff in rooms, garden with a broken toilet at end (ignore the nice photos). wifi at 2 pound 50 an hour. Charged 2 pound to make a phone call for taxi to airport. Charged us 3% surcharge for using a credit card to pay our room upfront on arrival.

I liked the very crisp clean sheets, bus stop outside the door, the recepotionist who was most helpful and the microwave in the room

I did not like the broken door on the shower, the broken showerhead holder and the flimsy window locks

The number was awful. The room need to be repaired. It is really bad looking. The bathroom was very dark and no shower cabin. The smell at the hotel was disgusting. Hotel receptionist refused to put a stamp at the hotel bill - just signed it. The breakfast was very poor - just bread and eggs. I would never stay here any more.

The location

The most annoying thin was we did not have a place to place our clothes and that the personnel was clearing the breakfast room while we were eating.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was adequate
