spacious room (twin room); all appliances necessary for preparing food (microvave, cooker, fridge). Very clean, staff very helpful. Best price/quality deal I've ever made in London. Will recommend this hotel and will stay in it again.

It was very quiet, you would never know you were in the middle of London. Also very clean and they had freeview on the television so the nights didn't drag. I liked the fridge in the room so you could buy food and not worry that it would go off. Everything was very clean. Had key card so that you could come and go at any time without restriction.

Hotel staff were not english and did not understand the english ways and came across sometimes as abrupt. The rooms, stairs and breakfast area was poorly signposted, got lost trying to go for breakfast. Breakfast was self service with a grill type thing for toast and only cornflakes to choose from cereal wise. No marmalade for toast which is a typical english breakfast which was disapointing.

Proximity to the city - theatres shopping etc. This was only marred by the fact the the tube was not fully operational and we had to make either large detours or many changes.

Web site still advertises full english breakfast available at a supplement. This is not the case. Limited continental breakfast only is available.

They gave us all the information needed and helped with what they could. Everything very good...very much independence. Great location. Staff at reception open to everything, they did not put obstacles. They took care of our luggage for several days. We stayed twice!!

Breakfast is very continental. Staff of breakfast area...very loud, bad faces and in a bad mood. Is difficult to enjoy the breakfast with those girls there.

Excellent location - 15 minutes walk from High Street Kensington, Notting Hill Gate and Earl's Court.

On the downside, the room was too small even by London standards, the staff was not very helpful, and the breakfast was limited not to say miserable.

Its location

There are rooms in the basement, that have huge cracks on the walls, the carpets are filthy, very poor bathroom facilities, a/c doesn't work and the so called "garden" is a piece of abandoned grass.P.S. There shouldn't be a choice between a smoking and a non smoking room on the internet since there's no smoking in London! You should also know that it's obligatory to pay in advance.

It was convenient for Olympia Exhibition Centre. It has a lift which was handy as I was on the third floor with a bit of luggage.

The smallest room I have ever seen! I could stand in the middle and literally my fingertips were touching either end of the room. The window may as well not have been there as it was so noisy. The cutains fell down every time you touched them. Continental breakfast was basically toast. No service at all, everything done as cheaply as possible. No free wi-fi reception as advertised. Don't stay here

Location was convenient for Olympia.

Too small. Too hot. Dining facilities too small for number of guests. Poor choice of breakfast. The room was very tired looking. Fixtures were loose. The toilet was flushing constantly. We had a basement triple room. My bed was in a poorly built extension with a clear perspex roof so all 3 storeys above me could see me sleeping! The exterior soil pipe therefore ran through my room - very noisy.
