The extremely pleasant and helpful staff. The can-do attitude when technical assistance was required. The meals were of a very high standard and the location was attractive and easily located. proximity to the City Centre of Dundee meant it was possible to walk in without needing to use taxis or locate buses. |

Excellent food and extremely quiet location close to Firth of Tay and University botanic garden Exorbitant charge for wireless internet connection and slightly disappointing wine |

Good basic accommodation near to town centre. Rooms were rather small for 2 people. Directions to room were not clear - had to go back to reception to clarify where accommodation was located and how to get in. Breakfast okay but not much variety eg always scrambled eggs. Tea was always lukewarm and very weak. |

The clealiness in the restaurant. I thought removing the table next to the window would give greater livable space the room. |

The price was amazing, the complex modern. Student accomodation but perfectly good, all the basics. Facilities great, staff not so good. No net curtains despite full length windows, rooms overlooking each other. The staff were poor at times, dinner was delayed for 90 mins without warning as they treated a coach party as a priority, they wouldn't serve a desert just minutes after the 9pm order deadline despite one couple still having their main meal. Staff clearly hadn't been working their long as the menu details were unknown by the waitress as was the room layouts by reception. |

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent and overall the stay at West Park was great value for money. Wasn't keen on the wet floor shower area in bathroom but it wouldn't put me of using the hotel again. |

The bed, pillows and duvet were really comfy. There was plenty wardrobe space, the breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly. The room was adequate for the price we paid and for a one night stay. There were only 4 channels on the tv and the shower was absolutely terrible! It was a really slow trickle of water, so pathetic that when I was in the shower I could not even hear the water running! I ended up having to dip my hair in the sink to rinse the shampoo out. Also there was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom, so I have difficulty drying my hair as the hairdryer would not stretch to the bathroom mirror. |

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean. Very good value for money. Reception was 24hr. Breakfast was good. There isnt much to do there, so you need to find things to do elsewhere in the city. There was plenty to do around there, a few days needed, although no more than 4. The place was full of young foreign tourists, so it was loud at night time. The bar was very expensive, as was the food - not alot to choose from either. TV signal was rubbish, not many channels to choose from at night time. |
