Location was pleasant and convenient for city centre. Relaxed unofficious approach at reception. Breakfast very good. Room size quite small for two sharing. |

The venue was easy to find, the parking was good. The restaurant and dining facilities were in lovely rooms. Rooms were very clean with the feel of good quality moderns student accommodation. Staff are friendly. The evening meal (penne pasta with chicken) I had in the restaurant was very poor. The pasta sauce tasted like a cheap jar version, and the chicken had a tough exterior as if it had been heated then left in the sun for a while. The televisions have poor reception and only receive 4 channels. |

Pleasant location. Very noisy. Had two nights of little sleep due to doors banging at all hours. Noisy guests at two wedding receptions being held at the hotel. Reception staff flustered and barely coping. |

The hotel was in easy reach of the city center and plenty of information was provided about the surronuding area. The room that we stayed in was very noisy due to the water pipes which caused problems when I tried to sleep |
