Having read previous visitor's comments, our visit lived up to, and exceeded our expectations. Friendly, neat and clean with excellent food and very close to the Town Centre. This is an ideal base for exploring the Cornish Countryside and we shall return. |

Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Service and food in the modern and tastefully refurbished restaurant were excellent, especially the delicious breakfast. |

We thought that the restaurant gave a good choice of food and we enjoyed our choices. Service wa very good. The room was to a high standard. A minor point, but the black blinds in the restaurant were irritating. |

Bedroom fairly small but clean and well furnished; very comfortable bed; excellent breakfast pleasantly and efficiently served. Location is close to the town centre but very quiet. |

We both found the staff very welcoming, the room comfortable and the breakfasts more than adequate, (sometimes a bit too much). We had an evening meal which was very nice. We will definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who is coming to stay in Cornwall. |

breakfast was very good as was the waiters.Very clean and tide and well looked after.With pubs near by and shops. I thought the radio was a bit on the old side and needs replaceing. |

The breakfast is excellent value for money and delicious. The choice of menu is excellent - full English one day and smoke salmon and scrambled eggs the next!! The room was wonderful - four poster bed that was so comfortable and a huge bathroom, however, the facilities in the bathroom need updating, the shower was weak and there were noises from the pipes. The only complaint we would have is that the room was above the diningroom/lounge bar and the radio was played loudly from 7.40 a.m. |

The service was excellent - the menu whilst limited covered all needs and the quality and presentation was outstanding - the room was spacious sunny and warm - its location made it idea for radiating out to the many beauty spots of both north and south Cornwall |

Room was cleaned and tidy. Tea and coffe supplemented every day. Earlier breakfast was no provided, though I ask for it due to my early leaving last day.My business credit card was charged without to inform me. |

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and efficient. the breakfast was beautifully cooked. The Room was comfortable and nicely presented. No complaints whatsoever. The WiFi Signal was very weak throughout my stay. |
