Near the foot of the imposing Great Orme, this Victorian house is located in a tree-lined avenue in the oldest part of Llandudno. Less than 300 metres from the beach, it is just a 2-minute walk from the pier, shops and restaurants. A full English breakfast can be enjoyed in the hotel’s light dining area which features a traditional bay window. You can relax in the Western-themed Cross Guns Bar with a range of snacks and drinks available. With free Wi-Fi, all rooms are traditionally furnished and feature en suite bathrooms. A TV and tea and coffee facilities are also included in each room. Scenic cable car rides can be enjoyed up the Great Orme, a large headland with a tropical garden at the top, which is a 5-minute drive away. North Wales Golf Club is also a 3-minute drive from the guest house. Llandudno Rail Station is a 10-minute journey on foot. Very clean and lovely comfortable rooms, breakfast was one of the best I have had in any hotel. Phil and his family were great and made every effot to make my stay enjoyable even serving my breakfast at 7.30 because I had to get away early. My only fault was that I didn't find this place sooner as this is now on my must stay B&Bs

We were warmly welcomed from the moment we walked in the door. Nothing was too much trouble the room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was well cooked and presented with plenty of tea & coffee and extras if desired. The owners were very friendly and helpful without going over the top.

A cracking little Guest House made even better by the hospitality of the brummie owners. The little bar served excellent Carling and nothing was any trouble. We will definately be using the Westbourne again - excellent value for money.

The owners are very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The family room was perfect for me, my husband and children aged 5 & 7. The breakfast was fantastic. We would definatly stay here again.

Loved the hotel, room was really nice, with flat screen tv/dvd and very comfortable bed. The family were all friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and we had loads of fun getting to know them. Breakfast was really good, especially the trucker's bacon sandwich Ian made for my husband!!! Can't fault anything and would love to have stayed longer, we would recommend it to anyone visiting Llandudno, and we will be back.. Nothing to complain about regarding the hotel, but parking is difficult and we ended up in the Victoria Shopping Centre car park overnight. This cost £8 which we didn't think was bad, and as it was locked up from 6.30pm the car was secure.

The hotel is in a great location for shops, the Orme, pier. It has been recently tastily refurbished, new carpets, beds, dining room and bedroom furniture. Bedrooms have flat screen tv's with CD players and fashionable curtains and cushions. Our twin room also had two chairs (better than having to sit on beds like in some hotels) Gift packs included shower cream, shampoo and conditioner. Also fruit basket. The two couples running the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.We were told that if we wanted to bring in a take away they were happy for us to eat in the dining room. Highly recommended.

We were very impressed with this guest house. The room was very comfortable and clean. The owners were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was wonderful and very hot with plenty of choice, it was great to see tinned tomatoes on the menu for a change. We will definitely be staying again and we wish you all the very best in the future seasons to come.

Myself and my husband stayed here on 08/10/11 and the welcome was so warm and friendly nothing was to much trouble for the familly who ran it even though at that time that had only moved in 8 weeks ago!! The feel of the guest house was warm and homely and our room was lovely and very comfortable. The breakfast that was served was really tasty and homemade and very filling . all in all we had the most fab time and will be comming back to this guest house with our son in the summer . in our view the best vaule warmest most friendlist guest house in the whole of north wales The weather !!!!!

The rooms were very comfortable and provided us with all the facilities we needed. The breakfast was cooked to perfection all 4 mornings we ate their. The owners were very easy to get along with and were very polite which made the stay even more enjoyable as we felt welcomed into the guest house. Overall, a wonderful stay and will definitily be staying again! Very pleased. Thankyou to the owners!

We loved our time here as the welcome we got on arrival was amazing by the time we left Maj, alan, tracey and ian had made us feel at home and we felt part of the family, along with the quite location and the breakfast being the best we have ever tasted of which they accomodate for all our dietry needs made it perfect for us both. Wonderful people we will be back. We can not fault the westbourne at all we will have very fond memories of our first visit along with photos to prove it... Love you Maj from the little one xxx

The family who own it were absolutly lovely and helpful. The room was comfy and very clean. Breakfast were very nice and location was really easy to find and close to everything. The town is also really pretty so if we ever get back to Wales we will definatly stay at The Westbourne again.

The hotel was close to the llandudno rail station. It was clean and the breakfast was similar to what you will see in most b&b in UK The breakfast time is far from comfortable 8.30 to 9.00. We stayed for 2 nights and were shocked to see the room was not cleaned during the day and towels not replaced nor bed made. The bath tub had no shower so the only way to take bath was to fill the tub.
