Lovely breakfast. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Stayed for 2 nights but no towel change or cleaning of room (cups, saucers etc) during stay. |

Nice comfy bed after a long day and a night on the ale. Breakfast was a bit uncomfortable as we had another couple sat practically on top of us while we had a full english. |

We only live 12 miles away from llandudno and stayed there because we were having a night out at the theatre and meeting up with friends later so it was easier than booking a taxi home. Would stay there again. |

I liked the privacy, although staff were on hand if needed, they were not in your face. |

Cheap rates, nice area, good proximity to centre of town and lots of restaurants. Really good breakfast and nice staff. Strange smell in the hall, room needed refurbishment. Old door on ensuit was unsatisfactory didnt work. Breakfast was too early for a holiday. |

the hotel in general is very comfortable and clients have much independence. It is not possible to change or cancel the reservation except 1 week in advance which is very very very unpleasant |
