The Westbourne Guest House8 Arvon Avenue, LL30 2DY Llandudno (Show map) Excellent, Score from 53 reviews“Very clean and lovely comfortable rooms, breakfast was one of the best I have had in any hotel. Phil and his family were great and made every effot to make my stay enjoyable even serving my breakfast at 7.30 because I had to get away early. My only fault was that I didn't find this place sooner as this is now on my must stay B&Bs”

Although our stay coincided with new owners taking over,i found them to be most eager to please and provide for our needs.and if we return to this area again we would definitily stay here again. Value for money and consumer friendly.good luck to the new owners.

My husband and I found the hotel comfy and relaxing. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by Phil and asked what we would like for breakfast. Also liked the 9 oclock breakfast start as we dont like to be rushed in morning. We were also given a front door key so we could come and go as we pleased. The hotel is well situated for all ameneties such as shops and beach. We also found it easy to park on road but it was early summer. We certainly would use The Westbourne again as the room was well presented and double glazed to keep the noise of the seagulls out. Not huge problem but could have situated bathroom cabinet better as it over-hung the sink and found it hard to avoid it when washing. Also could do with bath mat for when stepping out of shower.

The location is ideal being very close to the centre of Llandudno. It has a very friendly relaxed atmosphere, and nothing is too much trouble for the new owners. The food and service were excellent. No downside at all, and we will certainly go back again.

The hotel was close to the llandudno rail station. It was clean and the breakfast was similar to what you will see in most b&b in UK The breakfast time is far from comfortable 8.30 to 9.00. We stayed for 2 nights and were shocked to see the room was not cleaned during the day and towels not replaced nor bed made. The bath tub had no shower so the only way to take bath was to fill the tub.

The most important thing for me when booking into a hotel is that my room is clean & tidy, the breakfast is tasty and it's good value for money-the Westbourne ticks all these boxes brilliantly. The hoteliers have made the most of the buildings original features and Room 1 which we stayed in was simply, but beautifully decorated. The en-suite was clean & everything was in full working order. Room 1 was situated on the ground floor which was ideal for us as my fiance has trouble getting up and down stairs-so it is well suited for the elderly and disabled. The hoteliers were both very friendly and helpful. N/A

The guest house was located well within the reach of the beach and the town centre. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was good, not too little and not too much. Good value for money.

Our room was lovely and the hotels location was close to the beach, shops and pubs. The only problem is parking but this applies to most b&b's in Llandudno.
