Good location just off the motorway with easy access into Birmingham. Staff helpful and room clean and fresh. The leisure facilities are not owned and managed by the hotel, therefore the opening times were not under their control. This should be made clear on their web site to avoid disappointment.

Nice staff, lovely lay-out, comforable rooms, nice spa & pool facilities. Excellent location for West Brom football club. Please ensure people know in advance or highlight somewhere on your web page to use the correct post code if you use sat nav. It was so frustrating not to find the way to drive there only because we had the wrong post code. You must highlight this on your web page.

The hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help. I like that i had facility of the Pool and gym. For a single room it was of adequate size. the shower was poor and the temperature of the water was not really hot enough for a decent shower.

As I was traveling for football, it was relaxing, in a great location and the food was great. I was also happy with the comfort of my room and that there was a gym and swimming pool which made my visit, after a long day of traveling. The staff were friendly and helpful, overall a nice place to stay!

The location was good for where we needed to be the next day The hotel details do not match it's actual location address wise. The restaurant staff, although pleasant were overwhelmed and very disorganised and the food was not too good either.

Stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and can highly recommend, certainly for buisness. Food is excellent with a wide choice of food and a carvery which has a choice of meats and veg.Staff are friendly and very accommodating, the gym and pool are of a high standard and are free to guests.Beds are firm and comfortable and rooms are modern and of a high standard. Nothing really, except I found the single bed when I stayed once to be a bit small.

The air-conditioning worked very well and relatively quietly. The television was of a good size for the room and had a lot of tv channels to select from. The room whilst small, was pleasant, airy with plenty of light. The bathroom was compact and efficient. Six sachets of coffee and three tea bags but only three milks for a couple in a room - more milk please. Walls needed washing as there were stains on them. Only one red plastic chair for two people.

The hotel doesn't look much from outside, but inside it is a lovely, clean and bright place. Particularly liked the interconnecting rooms for us and the kids - great space and security. Lounge and bar area good and pool looked excellent (just a pity we didnt have time to use it). Breakfast was not very good. Had to wait ages for certain food and basically everything was a bit messy. They didnt seem to cater for the fact that they had a burst of people having a late breakfast. However, even with this, the staff in the restaurant were excellent and helpful. When they say breakfast ends at 10am, they mean it ends - everything was put away and so if you wanted some jam (for instance) you had to ask. Most hotels I have been to will keep things out for a short while, as those that come in late may want some extras.

Clean comfortable rooms, restaurant food was good, all areas of the hotel were clean and tidy, we had a great stay, used as a base to go shopping in city centre, taxi's £10 each way. Secure parking right next to the hotel. We had four rooms booked and they had placed us together prior to request. The only two things I would say was that the hotel was not well sign posted once off the m5 (main sign behind a tree) but when we phoned the hotel they stayed on the line and gave clear directions. Unfortunatly the pool was closed, however, we were still able to use the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

The free tickets we got for the West midlands Safari Park, the interconnecting family rooms are an excellent idea, the staff at breakfast were very patient with my son as he was a very slow eater on Sunday morning and we were the last to leave but the assured us it was no problem and to let him take his time. The beds were not very comfortable, the food was not the best and the pool closed too early for children

Has all the comforts a business traveller requires. That you still have to pay for Wi-Fi connection when so many hotels provide this for free!
