With an excellent location, only a 2-minute walk from the Oxford Street, the Nadler Soho offers accommodation in elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi.
Score from 1357 reviews Superb
The walls were so thin I could hear the next door guest, clear his throat ( I assume it was a man - otherwise God help us), and blow his nose all too clearly. Also "normal" activities like receiving room service breakfast at 6 am was so clearly audible that I thought from my position under the bed sheets that the room service guy had mistaken the room and was in my room.
I liked the location which in the middle of most the wanted destination in London. A walking distance between Oxford, picadally, British museum and theatres.
As a middle East guest we get used to many facilities in the Rooms like a coffe machine, kettle machine, complimintarey tea and coffe and water. This will not cost much compared to the cofort it will bring to guests. A smoking Bar or coffe shop will add more comfort to guests.
price per room, availability time of room-too late
very small rooms
Room and bed to small Shower very poor water pressure
Staff are friendly.
Room is a bit small. No free WiFi.
Location, the staff, and the Polo Bar
Size of the rooms, lack of tea making facilities and complimentary water, and expensive breakfasts
Very expensive for continental and far too much pastry - I think we had 10 pastries or items between us - what a waste. Breakfast charge took ages to be passed to reception which delayed our check-out. Why no free wifi - surely a "must have" in today's world? Forget turndown service and offer free wifi.
First 5 star hotel i ever stated which charged a fortune for a very poor wifi in the lobby/bar. Outrageous
I liked the location of this hotel the pleasant staff and also the nice Bar. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is excellent.
The bedrooms are small.
Very attractive hotel with a comfort bed rooms, you would feel relaxed at this hotel.
I paid 550 pound for a day and Internet, breakfest cost extra
No free internet
the room size was excellent with a dressing room and bathroom off it so it felt very spacious Staff put a cake in the room as our stay was for a 50th birthday treat.
having to pay extra for a basic tray of tea and water. It should be included as standard in a hotel of this quality. As it happened i did get this free of charge as it was my partner's birthday. however only the once, it didn't get topped up like it does in other places.
It is the third time that I have stayed to the hotel and the best quality is always the place. Some meters from Regent street and corner with New Bond street ,gives you the mood to start nice your day as a tourist or business traveller.
Price of WIFI (10 euros /hour is absurd!!). Thanks to booking.com I had a free wifi after I claimed . I made a reservation to the Japanese restaurant that belongs to the hotel and went there to dine .Restaurant was empty but they wanted to sit me in the bar ,even if no other client was in the restaurant at the time.I left. Prices of water and soft drinks in mini bar ,and drinks in the lobby bar ,are high, could be less.
Very beautyful and rich interiors with English classic interior rooms. Very nice, respectfull people always ready to help. I will be coming back!
Excellent staff, good location
Location is fantastic
The walls are paper think between the rooms so unless you're lucky and your fellow guests are silent expect to be woken regularly.
Position, Japanese Restaurant.
Atrocious bathroom, ludicrous charges for breakfast, min-bar - no water in room! and Wifi, who the hell charges for Wifi now? Answer the Westbury!
Rooms were dated and the bathroom wasn't particularly clean. It's ridiculous that at a 5 star hotel, wifi is charged at £8 per hour. Would not recommend this hotel
Expensive wi-fi , expensive menu , too expensive !!
Felt really average and apart from being in top location it felt rsther like a motorway service station
The location is perfect for shopping in Bond St, Regent St and Oxford St. The staff in The Polo Bar are excellent.
The room we stayed in could do with some TLC it certainly wouldn't be worth the full rack rate.
Internet U/S for 3 days, no one wanted to change the router till the manager showed up. Bathroom flush broke down. room service failed to clean room one day until sent for.
No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Prices in mini bar.
