Expensive wi-fi , expensive menu , too expensive !!
The location is perfect for shopping in Bond St, Regent St and Oxford St. The staff in The Polo Bar are excellent.
The room we stayed in could do with some TLC it certainly wouldn't be worth the full rack rate.
No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Prices in mini bar.
Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff
The lack of tea and coffee making facilities.
Normal hotel it doesn't worth the value of many. The room is very old and you can see no renovation has been done since very long time.
Location Excellent service and welcoming staff Good value for money
Very expensive internet
Location and front of house staff e.g door staff excellent
Did not like the way the bed was made up on one side only.Airconditioning not adequate. The cost of wifi in a first class hotel should be free and the cost of telephone calls seemed exorbitant.
Location - very central
Some of the rooms are tired and a little cramped - but it's what you get for a reasonable rate in central Mayfair
room size, comfort, and helpful front desk and concierge.
bar prices a bit steep
Location was excellent and central Over all an enjoyable experience
In room dining was needlessly expensive and so was the wifi
Size of the room and planning of the space.
I booked a king room however I was placed into room 506 which was small in size The sink was blocked with brown like matter reported sane nothing done At 5.15 pm the next day I arrived back to find the room not serviced. The sink still not fixed I was moved to room 619 much bigger only to be told that was the room I should have been in. Having been charged for the room from previous night I feel the standard was not that of a 5 star rating and feel the carpets need upgrading and doors need a repaint
Hotel's position excellent Checked in early Comfortable bed
Dripping tap in room Wardrobe doors didn't close properly Breakfast very mediocre and not value for money
Size of bedrooms
Location, classiness of the hotel
Extras are too expensive like breakfast
Best location ever for anyone visiting London, being right in the heart of the shopping world!!! All locations within easy walking distance. Loved it!!!
Very good service, fabulously comfortable beds and nice bar.
No tea/coffee making facilities or complementary bottles of water which is to be expected now in all hotels. Bathrooms bit cramped too.
Friendly and helpful staff
Not having a room available upon arrival although it was well past the official check in time and having made the booking over a year ago. Having arrived from Australia I found it disgusting to be placed in this situation. This is the 21 century yet no tea and coffee making facility exists in the rooms,a charge of three pounds fifty, get real Westbury. This hotel really needs to lift it's game, there are so many better hotels in the same area offering a far superior experience. Get the address right as well .the Westbury Mayfair is not on Bond Street it is in a side street off Bond Street. Pretentious much?.
Rooms were small and worn. Very expensive. A glass of wine should not cost $20 USD.
The location is fabulous and the staff were very efficient and friendly especially Monika on reception.
I haven't never stayed in a 5 star hotel and asked to pay £12.99 for wi-fi .. In even a 2 star hotel it's free!!!
Great location, reasonably priced for the area.
The location is excellent.
1. The lobby is dark and dim. 2. The room had sparse amenities to meet your basic travel needs. 3. The quality of the amenities was poor. 4. The hotel is in desperate need of a rennovation. 5. No value other than location
great hotel that stands the test of time.
Rooms a little small but clean and well appointed.
Location excellent Staff excellent Polo bar great Rooms comfy
Bathrooms are tired and small
