Not a lot except for concierge who was helpful Poor staff attitude, bringing the bill when unasked for when we had not even had our drinks nor had our snacks arrived. Very small room, bathroom basin etc marked, shower does not work properly. Poor quality towels and toilet paper

It's location, and very friendly staff. However, although very friendly they did not get results. Chronic problems with heating, small room, even smaller bathroom and the 10 minute wait for hot water. The shower was so small that I, (at 6ft 1), had difficulty in standing under the shower head. £7.00 for a cup of coffee in the corridor, serving as a lounge. £5.00 for a "hospitality tray" - also known as a kettle and some tea bags. Being rung up as we were packing to leave by the heating engineer asking when he could come and fix our problem, and - unfortunately - there is more. A month ago I stayed at the nearby Washington Mayfair, it was everything the Westbury was not. You choose!

Couldn't be more central for Regent and Bond Street. Very nice reception foyer. Corridors and rooms a little tired and dated. Not awful but not The Langham, Atheneum or Berkeley. Small gym.

I was put up in a corner in the far end the hotel underneath the penthouse. The penthouse has a wooden floor which makes it extremely noise for the room underneath it. There were doors slamming in the middle of the night. All in all not a very quiet night.

A great location and a very smart hotel. What let the hotel down was the bed which was most uncomfortable The pillows were too small. We were either too hot or too cold and the mattress was very hard. Consequently, we did not sleep at all well.

The ambiance, the staff manners and attitude, the location, the value for money; all make it a very worthwhile one day hop into London. This is not a complaint, and it's not something serious, but a small issue .. our room didn't have two shower robes and no shampoo! It's a very small matter, but it did catch our attention.

Good London hotel in the style of what should be expected from a West End establishment. Very attentive staff and very comfortable rooms. the only faults were some noise penetration from an adjoining room at 2am and the rather dated bathroom fittings which do need replacing asap.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was lovely. The walls are paper-thin - I don't want to hear the goings-on in the room next door, and the double-glazing is totally ineffective when it comes to reducing outside noise. Very disappointing that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and I felt that the mini-bar was unnecessarily overpriced.

Almost everything, location in Mayfair; polite and attentive staff, good clientele, seemingly no groups nor noisy big spenders, pretty good restaurant and bar (except some staff at the bar, not to the right level) a classy hotel Poor business facilities, unsufficient business center, two computers only, when they work; to be paid for on top of this; ridiculously asking for 3 pounds an hour; less than a tip,...Wifi and internet in the room to be asked and paid for too. Not classy at all in a five star hotel, when four and three stars offer it for free. still some "blase" Concierge staff.

The concierge staff was excellent. The new Gallery restaurant was excellent and very accommodating. Room was clean, heated towels, Moulton Brown products Requested room on quiet floor away from elevator. Early arrival should have allowed time for request. Front desk confirmed room on back of building with ongoing construction. Requested move - offered room next to elevator. Purchased upgrade which included a bed not next to the wall. Very small room and bath. Terrible sheets.
