Excellent location, the Sushi restaurant, Polo Bar... I really like this hotel. This was maybe my 8th or 9th stay at the same hotel. I also recommend this hotel to all my friends. But I think, that the hotel should have a better crm. If I am usually staying at this hotel, I expect a better and more special service from them. I am not sure, that they have all the data about my former stays. I know that they have the last few ones, but not the formers. I think that they have to keep all the data of their customers and behave them in a more kind way. For example; I made the reservation of my last stay (in December), in October and wanted a room which is similar to the room I stayed last time. They said ok, but then when I arrived at the hotel, they said that they don't have a similar room. They gave us then another room, but not similar again. They said there is no similar room. But they had.. I did not give up. I had to talk a lot, to get the room I want. If I am a good and loyal customer of the hotel, they should give us the room at once, instead of waiting that I give up...

I did not like the noise outside my window as the builders commenced work at 8.00am every morning. I did not like finding other people's hair on the bathroom floor. I did not like finding a used cotton wool bud on the floor as I walked into the room.

Perfect location, helpfull staff, big beds. View out of the window on a park of airco'S. Noisy airco in the room. A car with rests of food from another room stayed half a day and a night before our roomdoor. This was the second time we stayed in this hotel. Probably because of end of may the room was more expensive and less worth its price.

The staff were helpful and friendly. For a 5 star hotel the room was small, the sink was blocked and we were kept awake most of the night by the guests in the next room as the walls were so thin.

Fantastic Location. Nice bar. Badly in need of a refurbishment in rooms and bathrooms. Great location but hotel condition in rooms needs to be modernised urgently. Invest for the future... Don't just chase the profit today!!!

the location of the hotel couldn't have been better for a shopping trip with a friend. The hotel bar had atmosphere, served nice cocktails and was good for pre and post dinner. On arriving we were told by the lady on reception that we had booked a double room but however this, she said, was really only suitable for a single person. we asked if there were any twin rooms available and she said they had lots. we asked if we could move to a twin and she said only if we paid for it. we felt this was totally unreasonable as there were plenty of twin rooms available that wouldn't have been used that night! On looking at our double room we had to pay the extra for a twin as it was tiny and should never have been sold as a double room. However,on making a complaint on our departure, a very nice man on reception said we had been treated unfairly and refunded the extra money back.

Good London hotel in the style of what should be expected from a West End establishment. Very attentive staff and very comfortable rooms. the only faults were some noise penetration from an adjoining room at 2am and the rather dated bathroom fittings which do need replacing asap.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was lovely. The walls are paper-thin - I don't want to hear the goings-on in the room next door, and the double-glazing is totally ineffective when it comes to reducing outside noise. Very disappointing that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and I felt that the mini-bar was unnecessarily overpriced.

The location is excellent for our purposes and the hotel is classic beautiful but faded. I think the standard and finish is quite worn and could need an update. Also I can´t understand why they don´t have free wi-fi and when you buy internet it´s only one device to use it. That´s bad service in my opinion

Almost everything, location in Mayfair; polite and attentive staff, good clientele, seemingly no groups nor noisy big spenders, pretty good restaurant and bar (except some staff at the bar, not to the right level) a classy hotel Poor business facilities, unsufficient business center, two computers only, when they work; to be paid for on top of this; ridiculously asking for 3 pounds an hour; less than a tip,...Wifi and internet in the room to be asked and paid for too. Not classy at all in a five star hotel, when four and three stars offer it for free. still some "blase" Concierge staff.

The concierge staff was excellent. The new Gallery restaurant was excellent and very accommodating. Room was clean, heated towels, Moulton Brown products Requested room on quiet floor away from elevator. Early arrival should have allowed time for request. Front desk confirmed room on back of building with ongoing construction. Requested move - offered room next to elevator. Purchased upgrade which included a bed not next to the wall. Very small room and bath. Terrible sheets.
