We booked an evening meal - the service and the meal were outstanding. We ordered a newspaper which wasn't delivered. At breakfast, I had to ask for tea/coffee and then ask again for our breakfast order to be taken. Other people who entered the dining room quite some time after us had been served and we were still waiting. |

location was great, bar had good feeling about it and service was poilte and understated. the rooms are a bit small and the king bed is actually 2 twin beds pushed together. Bathrooms are small and shower is in the bath. |

Very nice furniture in the room, extremely well located in the heart of Mayfair close to the shopping area, efficient and welcome staff. |

Concierge was excellent. Location excellent. The hotel lacks the amenities I would attach to a five star hotel. The bathroom was small and not equipped with the usual amenities. There was no coffee/tea makings in the room but for five pounds you could order one, we did and then they took it away. Just misses the touch that is required in a five star hotel. Hotel is getting slightly worn looking. |

Principally the quietness of the room which is essential to us for a good night's sleep. The room was also comfortable - good bathroom. I think a lot of the food prices are off-putting to the extent that we preferred to go away from the hotel even for breakfast. And £3.50 for a medium sized bottle of still water from the frig seems a bit steep when other hotels we stay at provide a bottle each night without extra charge. |

The staff was extremely nice. The room was small and I expected much more for the price I paid. |

the hotel staff are very polite and helpful.the hotel is clean.nice resturant(artizan)... my room was at 7th floor (the last),there was a very loud sound continiously ,I think it is the cntral condition machin, may be on the roof of the bulding.I could not sleep at night,(so my advice not to booke at high floors in this hotel,it is a night mere) |

Centrally located for London sights and shows;personal attention; clean and airy rooms Having to pay for kettle/tea making facilities - seemed petty. We also had a problem with people rowing noisily in the room next door, but the hotel did respond to our request to resolve it. |

I like the comfortable bed I have stayed there many times, around 10 times already but they still not recognise me and my husband, they always ask for our detail whenever we come, they should have our details on their database |

The staff were very nice. Yes the sink plug did not work and was not fixed during our stay even though we asked. Room service food was cold. Sugar was not even supplied with the tea when it arrived. |
