Excellent location for shopping on New Bond Street, Regent Street and Oxford Street. Also very near to theatres and restaurants. Comfortable and luxurious. Staff very courteous and helpful. A very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again. I thought that for a 5 star hotel you should have had complimentary bath robes and also some complimentary tea/coffee facilities and a couple of bottles of water in the room by the bed. Similarly there was a limited selection of toiletries in the bathroom - just a very basic supply. This however did not spoil my stay and I would stay there again it was just noticed. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. The conciere service was good in making reservations at restaurants. The temperature equipment didn't work as would be expected. The heating in the room was not sufficient. |

I loved the attention that they gave to me as their guest. They were always very helpful and very courteous. They also had a very professional appearance - each and every one of them. Yes. When the staff needed to enter my room for any reason, they knocked and quickly entered my room. It would be proper to wait for a moment for me to answer the door first. |

Location ! Perfect work of the consierge staff and door-keeepers only! Impressive lobby and reception, poor corridors, old fashioned and extremly cold rooms, too ordinary bathrooms- this is situation in Deluxe King rooms! The air-conditioning sistems are very loud and unavailing! Don't try to open/close the windows - all of them are older then you! |

The staff were pleasant and courteous and the Polo Bar a good place to relax and have a drink. Rooms were not adequately cleaned and toiletries were sparse. No other facilities in the Hotel apart from the bar and restaurant. |

The room was big enough compared to other London hotels. The tools in the room and entertainment in the room was good. And the location of the hotel is perfect. It is 3 minutes walking from Oxford street and at the same time Mayfair is a very luxuries place so around the hotel itself is not crowded. Only two things that from my experience didnt like were that there was no water boiler in the room which is now found every single hotel I could think of. And the concierge staff were not that helpful or friendly whereas the reception staff were very friendly! |

The location is the best feature of this hotel. Centrally located to the major shops and theatre land. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel is clearly trying to save money. We have 2 young children and were told twice that the room (superior king size as advertised) was sufficient for an additional bed. No were near enough room. They had to remove furniture to accommodate a single bed. In addition the king size bed was made up of two single mattresses - not comfortable at all. The first day Molton Brown soaps were present but cheaper versions were provided for the remaining days that we were there. |

We booked an evening meal - the service and the meal were outstanding. We ordered a newspaper which wasn't delivered. At breakfast, I had to ask for tea/coffee and then ask again for our breakfast order to be taken. Other people who entered the dining room quite some time after us had been served and we were still waiting. |
