Staff were friendly and atentive without being overbearing. Hotel décor was sophisticated, with the rooms just a trifle bland. The cocktails in the bar were of an excellant quality and the food was pretty darn good too. As I said above the only negative comment I would make is that the room décor was slightly bland in comparison to the rest of the Hotel. |

central location, however still almost 7min walking distance from Oxford Circus or Bond street as a 5 star hotel the complimentary products offered in the room should be according to that. there was no kettle or soaps and shampoos offered in other hotels and they had forgotten to put and extra bath robe even though it was a double bed room |

Convenient and good location Standard of the room was poor for a five star hotel. Also was quite surprised when we were charged for the daily telegraph newspaper brought to our room. In all onther five star hotels we have stayed we have always had complimentary newspapers! Room was very dark and definetely not a five star standard |

The location of the hotel was ideal and the room size was good on the deluxe Kingsize. Our rooms were not ready to check into at 2pm, kept waiting until 3pm, we were in london for one night and wasted an hour trying to check in! No tea/coffee facilities in room. No way is this hotel 5 star (more 4) |

It is in a wonderful location for shopping and sightseeing. The lobby is stylish and inviting. The rooms are nicely decorated. the room was small. The bar/restaurant was very expensive, the hotel was expensive. |

The staff were really good - friendly, attentive and helpful. The location is also fantastic. The room was cramped, the bed uncomfortable, the bath didn't drain, there was no tea or coffee making facility, there was 'building work' in the corridor all afternoon, the cupboard was blocked by the bed, the 'energy' lightbulbs had blown, the heating didn't work properly, and all of this cost £150 per night - my wife ended up sleeping on the floor as it was more comfortable. Never again. |

Proximity to all the main shopping areas and some great restaurants. A great base offering luxury accomodation at a reasonable price for London! |

The Location was good. The beds were comfortable. The room was dusty and too warm. The Superior room was the same size as the double and was quite small |

The location is great! And...that's all ! The staff is friendly but the hotel is a very old fashion place (rooms, bathrooms, facilities...) and this is not a five star service level! Sorry, but we didn't like! |

Food excellent Rooms noisy. Able to hear conversations, coughing etc. Hard to sleep. Communicating doors need to be soundproofed. Had to move rooms after one night. |

The bed is very comfortable. The location is great, with walking distances to Bond Street which is full of designer boutiques such as Buberry and LV, also very near to Oxford St and the department store Selfridges, so if you want shopping in London, here is one of the most suitable choices. First room we got was too far from the lift then we changed to another room, which was better but near the street and noisy. You can also hear voices from the corridor and the next room. Finally the price is expensive however as we booked via booking.com, the price is half of the original price. |

The bed was very comfortable and the location was good The room service breakfast was cold. The tea was cold. There was only 1 fork. I would not recommend ordering breakfast. There was only 1 bath robe. The room was clean but the bathroom was not. There was no price list for the mini bar. We requested one but never got it. |
