Casi todo me ha gustado. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas. Lo demas todo bien

La situación del hotel, la amabilidad del personal, el cuidado de las habitaciones

El desayuno, insuficiente para el altísimo precio. Como en muchos hoteles, no hay una alternativa para los que solo quieren desayunar algo ligero y rápido. Tampoco entiendo que en un hotel de este precio haya que pagar por la conexión a internet,

la ubicación

tamaño de las habitaciones y estado general algo gastado

La localización del hotel es magnifica. el servicio muy bueno y las habitaciones resultan muy confortables y realmente de un hotel de cinco estrellas, con detalles tales como edredón y almohadas de plumas, albonoz, zapatillas.....

Quiza las zonas comunes no estan a la altura del resto, aunque realmente para tomar un cafe o esperar son suficientes

I really like this hotel. This was maybe my 8th or 9th stay at the same hotel. I also recommend this hotel to all my friends. But I think, that the hotel should have a better crm. If I am usually staying at this hotel, I expect a better and more special service from them. I am not sure, that they have all the data about my former stays. I know that they have the last few ones, but not the formers. I think that they have to keep all the data of their customers and behave them in a more kind way. For example; I made the reservation of my last stay (in December), in October and wanted a room which is similar to the room I stayed last time. They said ok, but then when I arrived at the hotel, they said that they don't have a similar room. They gave us then another room, but not similar again. They said there is no similar room. But they had.. I did not give up. I had to talk a lot, to get the room I want. If I am a good and loyal customer of the hotel, they should give us the room at once, instead of waiting that I give up...

I did not like the noise outside my window as the builders commenced work at 8.00am every morning. I did not like finding other people's hair on the bathroom floor. I did not like finding a used cotton wool bud on the floor as I walked into the room.

The location was excellent. Prime location for my shopping.

There was no tea kettle or coffee/tea amenities in my room.

Location perfect beds extremely comfortable staff very pleasant and helpful. Lovely hot shower.

First room not up to 5 star standard, cramped and building work outside window, however changed immediately on request by very pleasant staff. Second room lovely.

The staff were helpful and friendly.

For a 5 star hotel the room was small, the sink was blocked and we were kept awake most of the night by the guests in the next room as the walls were so thin.

Not a lot except for concierge who was helpful

Poor staff attitude, bringing the bill when unasked for when we had not even had our drinks nor had our snacks arrived. Very small room, bathroom basin etc marked, shower does not work properly. Poor quality towels and toilet paper

Badly in need of a refurbishment in rooms and bathrooms. Great location but hotel condition in rooms needs to be modernised urgently. Invest for the future... Don't just chase the profit today!!!

Very attentive staff- perfect location for Bond St/Oxford St.
