la assoluta quiete nonostante sia nel centro dello shopping londinese (bond street) l'eccessivo costo della colazione anche per un hotel di questo livello!! |

La posizione sicuramente invidiabile per percorsi culturali e per lo shopping Le lenzuola avevano delle macchie. Inoltre non dispongono di camere superior con letto aggiuntivo, per cui la bambina ha dovuto dormire con noi. A noi piace che ognuno possa avere i suoi spazi anche nel letto! |

Concierge was excellent. Location excellent. The hotel lacks the amenities I would attach to a five star hotel. The bathroom was small and not equipped with the usual amenities. There was no coffee/tea makings in the room but for five pounds you could order one, we did and then they took it away. Just misses the touch that is required in a five star hotel. Hotel is getting slightly worn looking. |

Principally the quietness of the room which is essential to us for a good night's sleep. The room was also comfortable - good bathroom. I think a lot of the food prices are off-putting to the extent that we preferred to go away from the hotel even for breakfast. And £3.50 for a medium sized bottle of still water from the frig seems a bit steep when other hotels we stay at provide a bottle each night without extra charge. |

the hotel staff are very polite and helpful.the hotel is clean.nice resturant(artizan)... my room was at 7th floor (the last),there was a very loud sound continiously ,I think it is the cntral condition machin,may be on the roof of the bulding.I could not sleep at night,(so my advice not to booke at high floors in this hotel,it is a night mere) |

Centrally located for London sights and shows;personal attention; clean and airy rooms Having to pay for kettle/tea making facilities - seemed petty. We also had a problem with people rowing noisily in the room next door, but the hotel did respond to our request to resolve it. |
