便利、買い物、地下鉄など、 静か、大きすぎないホテル

部屋のバス、トイレット、エレベーターなどが多少古いかな 付随のレストランの朝食料金は高すぎ

安全な立地と静かで小さなところが良かった。

コンセルジュにレストランの予約を頼んだところ、チャイナタウンならどこでもおいしいと言って予約をしてく- れようとせず、無理におねがいして予約してもらいました。でもおいしくありませんでした。

ドアーマン、フロントの方、そしてきれいな部屋などすべてが素晴らしいホテルでした。次回もまた泊まりたい- です。

ボンドストリートでの仕事だったので、利便性がよく、グランドフロアーでの打ち合わせ等も良好でした。

日本のテレビ（NHK）が見られると良かった。

ロケーションが良く、買い物、観光、食事に行くのに非常に便利である

日経新聞を手配してくれるとレセプションのスタッフが言ったが、結局、何もしてくれなかった。勿論、連絡も- なし。

The room had a very strange smell,and the equipment are old and not so good

It's location, and very friendly staff. However, although very friendly they did not get results.

Chronic problems with heating, small room, even smaller bathroom and the 10 minute wait for hot water. The shower was so small that I, (at 6ft 1), had difficulty in standing under the shower head. £7.00 for a cup of coffee in the corridor, serving as a lounge. £5.00 for a "hospitality tray" - also known as a kettle and some tea bags. Being rung up as we were packing to leave by the heating engineer asking when he could come and fix our problem, and - unfortunately - there is more. A month ago I stayed at the nearby Washington Mayfair, it was everything the Westbury was not. You choose!

Excellent location, the Sushi restaurant, Polo Bar...

I really like this hotel. This was maybe my 8th or 9th stay at the same hotel. I also recommend this hotel to all my friends. But I think, that the hotel should have a better crm. If I am usually staying at this hotel, I expect a better and more special service from them. I am not sure, that they have all the data about my former stays. I know that they have the last few ones, but not the formers. I think that they have to keep all the data of their customers and behave them in a more kind way. For example; I made the reservation of my last stay (in December), in October and wanted a room which is similar to the room I stayed last time. They said ok, but then when I arrived at the hotel, they said that they don't have a similar room. They gave us then another room, but not similar again. They said there is no similar room. But they had.. I did not give up. I had to talk a lot, to get the room I want. If I am a good and loyal customer of the hotel, they should give us the room at once, instead of waiting that I give up...

The location of the Hotel is very good and allowing visiting London main attraction easily. Front desk team and concierge are very friendly and Helpful

The hotel is very old; the bathrooms were not functioning in a reasonable way (the water is moving from hot to cold frequently). Windows, at list in our case, were not sealed and on going windy whistle created a lot of noise during days and nights. Needless to say, that although asking the team to check this matter no one even talks with us about this matter. We were without tv for 1 night due to some technical problems in the entire hotel (needless to say that no one thought to compensate us) The “housekeeping service” was a bit strange – they are cleaning the rooms around 3-4 pm and after each of the 6 nights we stayed in the Hotel we had to ask them again to send us (glass or tea and coffee kit) In addition, although asking for a quiet room (our room was in the 5th floor facing an in side yard), the housekeeping team was very noisy while they clean the rooms around us. Our conclusion as people that are visiting London often, always in the Mayfair area, that in around 250 pounds per night you can find better alternative and in some of them, not as in the Westbury, you will get in this price also a free internet connection.

It was quiet and calming despite the large number of rude brash Russ ians.

The room was pokey.Only one bedsite light both lamp shades broken.hardly enough room to walk between bed and sideboard.Over the years rooms at the Westbury have shrunk.

I did not like the noise outside my window as the builders commenced work at 8.00am every morning. I did not like finding other people's hair on the bathroom floor. I did not like finding a used cotton wool bud on the floor as I walked into the room.

Tv did not work. Reception did not answer phone and on checl out no one asked what the stay was like so I could tell them about the tv

Location perfect beds extremely comfortable staff very pleasant and helpful. Lovely hot shower.

First room not up to 5 star standard, cramped and building work outside window, however changed immediately on request by very pleasant staff. Second room lovely.
