Room very clean. Friendly staff. Good choice for breakfast. Vegetarian choices too. WiFi not working in room and very faint in the lounge too: my smartphone cannot connect. Parking is very small compared to the number of guests. Actually, we parked in a nearby road, quiet and free, with no problem.

The special requests I made for soya milk and fruit/herbal team was met. There was a lounge providede which had fruit, sweets and books for use by everyone. The whole family was involved and all were friendly and hard working. The only negative comment I could make is lack of parking.

The owners were just so nice and accommodating. We stayed there whilst dropping our daughter off for her first year at Uni so we were pretty emotional and they were just fabulous and reassuring about the area etc. Will certainly go back and stay there again when visiting. It was also in such a good location and Falmouth is a lovely place to go.

A truly first class Guest House, right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean and contained everything you could possibly need - heater in the bathroom, hairdryer, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The public rooms were a delight, spacious and airy and even had a water cooler which guests could use to top up own water bottles - a nice touch. Staff were all friendly, attentive and very cheerful, even at 07:30 for an early breakfast we had requested on the first morning. Talking of Breakfast - superb! You could not want for anything more. When next in Falmouth we shall certanly book the Westcott

Really nice rooms and facilities, fantastic location, very close to town and beach, the owners are fantastic people and extremely friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced as well. Oh, and the breakfast was brilliant too! The walls seem to be a bit thin and can hear from other rooms a bit, I was told though that it only happens in my room (the small one) and they only let the small room out if the adjacent room is let out at the same time to the same group. It didn't bother me too much, it's the only thing really.

I stayed at the hotel for one night and Sally was the friendliest and most helpful hostess I have ever met at a b&b or hotel. She gave me all the advice I needed on travel, places to eat, things to see etc and made my stay very relaxing and comfortable. The room was very clean and more than big enough (I stayed in a single). The sheets smelled lovely and fresh, as did the whole hotel! The breakfast was wonderful - fresh filtered coffee, and a full english cooked fresh to order. Lots of cereal and fruit to help yourself to. The girls serving were very attentive and friendly. The lounge was lovely, with free wifi, and there was plenty of info on local attractions, travel, maps, etc. I fully reccommend this B&B to anyone! I couldn't fault this hotel. The onyl thing I'd say is that the mattress I had was very soft so if you have back problems that could be a bit uncomfortable. Perhaps the rooms have different mattresses and you could stay in one with a firmer mattress? Otherwise, thank you for a perfect stay!

All the staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and you felt very at ease and welcome. The location was superb literally 2 minutes from the seafront and beach. The breakfast had so much variety and was offered with this a cooked breakfast also. Being a single room it was quite small, but it had everything you needed including as much tea, coffee as you wanted and a great sea view.. The hotel was very clean and great value and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you.
