The location - close to the Museums, Royal Albert Hall. There is a bus stop for EasyBus from Luton airport, just 20 seconds from the hotel entrance, which is great - no stops to the airport. The staff - nice and helpful. Sleeping on the bed was a medieval torture... there was an old, creaky bed, the worst bed ever...I know, for this price - you've got a clean shower and basic breakfast (black coffee and a toast with jam and butter) - you don't need more... But getting a good rest after a busy day in the city - walking, shopping, standing in queues to museums and expositions- is crucial!

Good location, shuttle-bus from/to Luton Airport only few steps from hotel. Good connection to London public transport (tube station about 10 minutes away, 74 bus stop in front of hotel). Tesco nearby. Clean room, good value for money. Breakfast with no wide selection, but satisfying. Very modest accomodation, very (really very) small rooms, not much space for storing your personal belongings. No lobby or similiar space for having caffee/tea or only just for spendig some time together with your friends in the evenings. Paid wi-fi (my roamig data plan was cheaper!). Payment upon arrival was little bit surprising (but acceptable and announced in booking confirmation).

The staff was very kind, and speak very good Spanish. The hotel has a good location, pretty close to Earl's Court Station (Underground) from which you can go anywhere you wish. Continental breakfast is included which is great If you want to sabe some pounds. In general the cost-benefit relation is excellent. It does no include free internet. The rooms are very small which is perfect if you plan to spend the whole day out, but if you look for a place to stay and relax, is not the best choice. Painting the walls would make the hotel look newer and cleaner.

Excellent location for Earl's Court exhibition centre and museums. Value for money. The hotel definitely needs some level of refurbishment.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The manager of the hotel let me borrow an umberella, which I later handed back to him. It seemed like nothing was too much trouble. I also enjoyed a continental breakfast, which had plenty of choice. This hotel was quite close to Earls Court tube station and a great little find. Will diffinately use this hotel again.

Budget-wise it is a very good choice. For about 70 pounds a night you get a clean double bed room with private bath & breakfast, in a good location near Earl's Court station. The staff is friendly and reliable. There is a direct bus from the hotel door to Luton without any stops on the way. Breakfast is very basic and the disning room is too small

1. Near Earl's Court Underground Station- just 15 minutes away from city's heart; 2. Budget Friendly; 3. Room, toilet, and shower area are very clean; 4.Staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast was not up to the mark, rather than breakfast it was kinda just morning tea/coffee with toast.

Comfortable, helpful staff, good location, very reasonably priced. A little scruffy - the curtain hooks were broken so the curtains didn't shut properly which isn't too nice when your room is at the front looking straight onto the main road.

It was relatively close to the metro station, supermarkets and restaurants. It was a cheap hotel, good for short stays. The bed sheets didn't look clean and there were fungi in the bathroom. Don't expect a continental breakfast as they advertise (it wasn't a bad breakfast, just simple).
