ensuite, TV, location
draughty bedroom window.
Good location for easy access to my destination - Hammersmith Apollo. Small but comfortable room with what appeared to be a fairly recently refurbished shower room. Very helpful guy on reception gave a warm welcome. Limited but acceptable choice at breakfast, bearing in mind the price.
The bedroom furniture looked a lot more dated than the shower room with some old stains on the table. Didn't expect a decent view but the decaying mattress outside the bedroom window wasn't a pretty sight!
The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was handy for the park and beach. The double glazing keeps the seagull noise out and we had a nice sunny room with sea views. The bathroom was clean and modern, good shower.
The decor needs a refresh. The bathroom was clean and modern but bedroom wasn't great. The furniture is chipped and tired. The bed wasn't good, we could feel the bed springs through the sheet.
breakfast bed view lift/stair access
cleanliness, noisy room in underground
Close to area I needed to be in.
Being in basement room with window opening wide to the street ie no security if window was open. It was a hot few days in London.
especially the noise and cleanliness
Polite helpful obliging staff
The traffic noise
The receptionist was very polite and helpfull
The room itself let us down as was very dusty, bed sheets dirty the furniture lols like not even second hand but fund next to a skip and fitted in there, the toilet was full of limescale and not cleaned properly, was very very hot fill like a sauna the bed mattress wasnt comfortable at all.
You keep from 99,00 euro credit card please be refunded the money
Very nice and helpful staff bed comfortable could been more pillows breakfast continental but very plentiful
Can't fault it
Room clean, reasonably comfortable, adequate continental breakfast. good value for money.
My room faced onto West Cromwell road which is very noisy. I'd re-visit but ask for a room at the back
Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was surprisingly big and well decorated and furnished which I wasn't expecting for that price. The fridge, weldine Cromwell. A deffinate bonus most hotels overlook. Lift also an unexpected bonus.
Lift internal dimensions were some what lacking. Could only get myself and my suitcase in. My mate had to climb 3 flights of stairs or wait
Fair for the price, can't expect much in london for the price
Nowhere to put cloths had to keep in case, bed to soft and springy
Great Staff, special mention to the Argentinian receptionist and the breakfast lady!
The bed was very, very small...
Decent hygiene great location
No fan in dining area
The staff, especially the receptionist from Argentina, he made us feel at home.the room etc were fine.
Traffic noise, and the room was extra hot , needed some fans but not available, could not stop sweaty making my stay very uncomfortable.
Great location within easy walking distance of Earls Court station. From Earls Court it is to travel around London on the underground or district lines. Great pubs and restaurants around the hotel as well. Staff very helpful and friendly. The receptionist had a five week old Bengal cat and was a very proud dad - so hello to Lunar the Bengal kitten.
Good location. On-street parking available nearby. Handy for tube + easy walk to Hyde Park and attractions around Kensington. Clean and comfortable with helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast included.
No air-con, so traffic noise is a bit intrusive with the windows open.
Poor facility, and room size etc. I paid more than normal rent (paid 119, normal 100) but get the worst room (underground, no signal, wet and a little bit smelly, can't sleep well)
3 of us shared a family room to attend a nearby event. There were 2 single beds and one double bed in the room which was perfectly adequate and clean. Beds were comfy and towels fluffy. The cost was very reasonable and the staff welcoming. We did not have breakfast so can't comment but tea making facilities were in the room and shampoo/conditioner/soap etc were generous. Hair dryer in the room too. Not glamorous but convenient for where we were going and reasonable enough. We would definitely stay there again, so that says a lot.
the room was noisy
First, the lights in my room didn't work. Irritated desk clerk had to come and "jiggle" the nob until the lights would come on. Then I tried to take a shower and discovered that there was no hot water. Again, went and bothered the desk clerk who left the water running for a full ten minutes, after which point there was only hot water. "Try not burn yourself", he said as he left. Spent a painful few minutes trying to have a shower while "not burn myself". Eventually settled on washing the soap out of my hair with freezing water from the sink. There are a lot of budget hotels on West Cromwell. My advice is to stay at any of them but this one.
near from city center
All staffs are friendly, but one staff is uncheerful... Bathroom were broken in one room.
ok for 1 night stop over
single room but very small Yes London rates but not much more (£10) for bigger room and more facilities in larger hotels nearby.
