Great little hotel in an excellent location for Olypia.
The location is good and the room was warm and reasonably clean. As a cheapish overnight it was OK
The lack of double glazing meant there was a draught and quite a lot of noise. The breakfast was poor. It could have been improved simply by the addition of a meusli as a choice for cerial and some decent bread for the toast.
Location. Room was quite quiet. Fridge included.
Room 22, size was tiny for a family barely room to walk around beds, lift was scarily too small, room was filthy, sink blocked, kettle was dodgy, fridge was mouldy, breakfast Was closed too early and who eats ham and cheese for breakfast? Coffee disgusting and not replenished on 2nd day.
It had a bath which was the reason for booking as we don't have one at home. I could of booked a better hotel with a shower.
Very hot in the room. Very noisey from other guests above. Would preferred an English breakfast. The toast was not toasted well and was like warm bread.
Excellent price as a last minute deal so very happy with what I got at the price. Accommodation was acceptable but it would not be value for money at full price. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Very noisy road and double glazing ineffective for draughts and noise. Windows filthy but fine if kept the curtains shut. Breakfast awful- did not touch it!
Close to Olympia
Bed squeaked and was not comfortable in the single room (19) and only one very thin pillow. The double room was ok.
Nice and clean, friendly helpful staff. Easy access to tube stations and bus routes.
Not easy to find. Why don't you tell guests take tube to Earls Court. Then give plain directions of the 500 metre walk to the Hotel. It's simple and convenient once you know how.
The reception is nice. The room size is fairly big n very clean even the bathroom. The overall needs a modern renovation. The breakfast served is averagely good n pleasant staff. Very much value for money. The request for non-smoking n quiet rooms were well-taken care.
Locality is abit on a busy road. There is no carpark available n the public carpark is quite a walk away. Its difficult to do loading n unloading.
Good clean room, bathroom good ,plenty of hot water,wi fi and tea making facilities, breakfast above average for the price.
Noisy front room on main road ,traffic all night, avoid room 7
the access to the internet is terrible and the shower doesn't work very well
Location easy to travel about whether on bus or tube can get anywhere you require shopping or site seeing
Expensive to park
Very poor breakfast. Cheap bread for toast, synthetic cheese. Everything was as cheap as could be.
Location near Kensington.
Most of it. Not clean. Some staff are nice; but others are dreadful. Rooms too small for humans.
Staff were extremely friendly during my stay at the West Cromwell, breakfast great and room extremely clean! Good location but would be handy if there were directions from tube station on map. Although it was extremely straight forward once you knew where to go. Excellent value for money. Thank you very much. :-)
No directions to hotel on website.
- close to Bus stop and Tube stop - close to Tesco - good location
- noisy street behind windows (I recommend ear plugs) - really dirty windows
Value for money, great location not far from Earl's Court tube station, breakfast included, very helpful staff.
Elevator is very small, can be quite challenging for 2 person or if you come with luggage.
Hot water in shower
Just had a feeling of not being the cleanest place....breakfast was really basic
The room and bathroom were surprisingly quiet, warm and comfortable. Hot water was a good temperature and available when I needed it. The receptionist was helpful, when I arrived needing to leave a case behind quickly before going out quickly again. When I thought I'd lost something, the receptionist was patient, attentive and helpful (I hadn't lost it there in fact, but it was one place it could have been!).
It's a bit near the motorway (I did know this when I booked. My room was at the back of the hotel, but I'd imagine it's not so quiet at the front - but I haven't experienced that yet!). Breakfast is all right, but slightly limited. The bathplug didn't fit the plughole - this is only a very minor thing. I improvized and managed to get the water to stay in, using my own creativity. However, some of us DO use bathtubs and aren't always rushing quick showers (especially in Winter). Some hotels don't notice this and forget to provide the gear! But for the price it was all very good value.
Not recommend !
Price its good.
No car parking, the room was different from what we saw and ask,the bed was very uncomfortable, and very noisy area.
Bad bed, small bathroom and toilet, exremely poor and bad breakfast. Oldfashioned room. Unlocking system of the windows did not work.
convenient location, great value for money, friendly staff.
The room was lovely and warm
Staff could have been friendlier.
Good location, friendly staff, clean room
Bit noisy from traffic on main road.breakfast adequate but ham+ cheese a bit plastic!
