Main hotel building was very good, with luxurious fittings. Breakfast was very good value for money. Some very nice and differing touches within the Hotel. The room which we booked was a Courtyard room which was divorced from the main building. This meant we were subjected to very inclement weather getting into the main building. To be fair the Courtyard room was the cheapest offer for our stay and the room felt like an up-market travel lodge room. If we return we will take a room in the Main building, which although more expensive will overcome the risk of getting soaked each time you go to reception or dining room.

We stayed as a group of eight for a sixtyth birthday celebration. The rooms were fabulous and the dinner at night was excellent. The service at dinner was rather slow.

Beautiful hotel, in a good location. Food was excellent. Was there for a wedding and everything went very smoothly. The beds were very firm, and I normally like a firm bed but they were very hard which resulted in not a good nights sleep.

Our stay at the Western House Hotel was just a brief overnight stay prior to going on holiday.. We were departing from Prestwick Airport and had to arrive there at 04.00hrs. We found the Hotel to be in close proximity to the airport and the facilities were of a very high standard and the staff excellent. Our meal on the evening prior to our departure was also excellent. The hotel was also just a nice size with not too many rooms and this made it really friendly with a nice atmosphere.

Very spacious and well appointed room Lovely bathroom with plenty of good sized towels Staff helpful and timely ordering taxis Lovely breakfast I dislike so many little notices, but they are effective! When I asked for a tray of tea in my room was told I had tea making facilities in my room - true but I didn't feel looked after

I loved everything about it. It was just luxury !!! Had a great time, selected 2 course meal ,with wine ,for 2 people, was a fabulous deal. I would highly recomend this hotel to everyone i know !! Nothing. I could not find any faults at all.

We were attending a wedding and were able to 'snap' up the last two rooms. The venue is superb, staff brilliant and very efficient. I just wish it had been a summer wedding and we could have utilised the outdoor space! For the money we paid, although we did get a 'good' deal I feel breakfast should be included.

Have used the hotel several times. It's easy to reach, the rooms are of excellent standard, staff are friendly and the food is wonderful. It's also very good value for money compared with other 5* hotels we have stayed at e.g Hilton Glasgow and Cameron House. We will definately be going back.

It was really nice and Friendly and my Wife and I really loved our room , to us It was Luxuary We came for a wedding but we would come back again for a week end stay If we can get some time to ourselfs and there was hopefully a weekend deal on , Thanks Again Charlie McGrath
