Hotel was fantastic as usual,room service was quickly delivered and was superb.no problems staying in the courtyard rooms as they are great value for money.hope to return very soon The only problem was that the bed squeeked whenever we moved to turn around |

It was a good location, walked into town. Hotel wasn't too big and the rooms were nice and large. Staff were very pleasant. During our 3 night stay, there was a wedding on every day. The weather was nice, but felt a bit uncomfortable sitting at the tables outside as wedding pictures were getting taken and the room where they got married, looked out on to the tables also, it would have been nice to have a drink outside, but we felt a bit out of place and went inside. |

Very nice hotel hotel staff very helpful the add on block of rooms although comfortable and better inside than outside did not look very pleasing and my room overlooked security fencing |

The service was excellent. We have our evening meal in the room and it was wonderful. The children had a great time and didn't want to leave. Just wish we could of stayed longer. |

I found the staff very friendly and helpful, the fodd was excellent and well presented and very good value for money, I really enjoyed my stay the hotel had a very happy feel about it and the staff were very helpful in every way, I would strongly recommend this hotel although it would maybe not suit the younger set, it was a nice relaxing place to be. One small point I would have preferred a room in the main hotel as against the outer blocks. I love the hotel atmosphere and you miss that in any annex or add on to a hotel. The rooms were fine etc but its not the same as being in the main hotel especially if its cold and raining its a small issue and maybe just my personal preference |

Easy access to major roads and walking distance to sea front. Hotel quality good, wedding on but did not disturb us at all. Well organised and attentive staff. |

A lovely hotel, adjacent to the Ayr Race Course. Made to feel very welcome by friendly and attentive staff. Restaurant Manager was particularly helpful. The hotel was a wonderful place to relax after a tough business day! I hope to return for a short break! Wireless connectivity could be improved. |

The food was excellent. On arrivial we where given a room with 3 sgl beds but we did book a dbl, We where told that it will be fixed in the morningpoor,On our first day on return to the hotel at 4.45pm are room was still not made up and that took them another hour to do so. |

My Stay was very enjoyable in that I liked the gentlmen who greeted me at the door, giving a very royal welcome to the hotel, the beds were big n comfy, dvd player, slippers n bathrobe provided., the funky radiators There was no sachets of hot chocolate in the room, there was only 1 bathrobe & slippers even though there was 2 people in the room, there wasnt enough sockets within the room to plug things into, more tv channels such as ITV 2, MTV. |
