Hotel was well situated very clean modern spacious and nice touches with dressing gown slippers and complimentary toiletries, sweets, biscuits , hot chocolate etc
Hotel rooms are massive with huge comfy beds. Food is top class and very reasonably priced.
Our room this year did not overlook the entrance to the racecourse stables! Always part of the enjoyment to sit at the window watching the horses arrive.
Highly recommend this hotel the staff i cant praise highly enough nothing was a bother to them and always very pleasant although the place was very very busy they still smiled good on you it makes the stay pleasurable. Food excellent too
There was nothing i could complain about this hotel
Excellent staff, polite and very helpful. Evening meal and breakfast perfect. Very good value for money.
Bathroom needed modernising - clean but tired.
You are made welcome on arrival. Room was better than expected. Food was amazing. Drink a little bit expensive. We had a great sleep and breakfast was good but eggs where under cooked. But overall 9/10
Felt pampered by all the extras and the room was comfortable and very well fitted.
There are LOTS of hotels with access to Prestwick airport and we had an early flight. The listing implied the hotel had a shuttle service to the airport. It didn't. I also thought a courtyard room was a room that opened onto a courtyard. It wasn't.
If I had known that 2 weddings were going on whilst we were at this hotel I would not have went on this weekend away, Felt like an interloper.
Well trained, friendly staff. Lovely room with everything you need for a good stay.
The location, near town yet next to the racecourse. Staff very helpful and charming.
The two false fire alarms....this spoiled the tranquility of the stay however the staff were very informative and apologetic.
Enoyed the wedding, food and lovely room.
Bar was too far away from the function hall. I tried to carry a tray of drinks through and the tray went over. The barman informed me when I went back to spend another £24 to replace the spilt drinks that he would have carried it through if only I had asked. He also pointed out that there was a bar in the function hall, unfortunately you couldn't see it because it was round the corner.
Staff were very good. Room was always clean although tea, coffee etc weren't always replenished.
Lighting in the room was awful - bedside lamps too dim to read by, main light ghastly.
We stayed in a courtyard annex.. the room was spacious clean, well equipped with everything we needed. Robes, slipper, toiletries which were decent size, not minitures you would normally get.and lovely little shortbread biscuits by the bedside..
The bar was quite expensive
courtyard rooms separate from hotel
staff very friendly and rooms were really good great value for money and would stay again
only thing and its being picky is the book in time was rather late but only being picky
Beautiful deluxe room .. Comfortable bed. This is the 6th time or more that we have stayed here and we have never been disappointed . Five star !!!
Location was great, food was great service was Excellent.
Bed was a bit hard for my taste.
Location is excellent for a day at the races, the staff are very friendly. The food in the restaurant is very good and well priced. The lounge area is comfy and relaxing a nice place to sit and have a drink. Will definatly be back.
Staff, environment and the food.
staff very friendly, food excellent, room a good size, location within walking distance of town centre
Room was on high floor in a courtyard block, no view, looked onto another block of courtyard rooms
being left to your own devices.no fussing or over attention just watchful staff being alert, good
false alarm at 10 am sun morn sneaky way of making sure you are awake for leaving.
Lovely clean spacious room with large comfortable bed and choice of pillows Additional seating and small table set with wine glasses and tumblers. Tea /coffee/ hot chocolate making facilities and delicious homemade shortbread. Robes and slippers
lovely as always
Room was clean Breakfast was best i have had Easy parking
Noise from door shutting Nothing else
The room had everything you could want and at last a hotel with a proper hair dryer
Only problem staying in the courtyard and the weather was heavy rain but would not stop from coming back
Main complex has attractive and excellent staff.
Accomodation is disconnected from the main hotel and is very average. No sleep due to continuous noise from the building structure. Bedding arrangement was not as requested, TV and kettle did not operate correctly. To cap it all the UHT milk was off.
