Cancellation
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and extra beds
Children older than 4 years are welcome.
All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Bar meals are available from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, 4-course evening meals are available (pre-booking required). After 02 September 2009, these evening meals will be available every day.
The Westgate also benefits from an en suite double room on the ground floor.
Babbacombe Model Village (2.5 km / 1.5 miles) - experience a traditional English village in miniature. Stunning detail and craftsmanship have made this a popular attraction for adults and children alike.
Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway (5 km / 3 miles) - this preserved line has steam trains running for 11 km (7 miles) in Great Western tradition along the spectacular Torbay coast to Churston. Stunning scenery is in evidence throughout.
Remaining payment must be made to the hotel on arrival.
Cheques are not accepted by the hotel as payment. Payments by credit card will have a small additional cost.
Other Information:
It is very important that you email the hotel in advance, to give an estimated time of arrival. Check in after 22:00 is not possible.
The hotel does not accept groups, including hen or stag parties. Such bookings will be cancelled without refund.

I would definately recommend this Hotel, in fact we have already booked a return visit in September, Paul and Lorraine are fabulous hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them. They gave us lots of information about the devon area and we visited everywhere they recommended. |

Friendliness and warm welcome of the proprietor and the attention to detail. As an example we stayed over the Easter break and at breakfast there was an easter egg for each guest. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Would certainly recommended it. |

Een voorbeeld van hoe het hoort. De eigenaars (Paul en Lorraine) waren echte liefhebbers van gastronomie. Vanaf de aankomst stonden zij klaar voor ons en gaven ons het gevoel echt welkom te zijn. Het hotel was tot in de puntjes verzorgd; de kamers waren uitstekend. 's Avonds was het mogelijk iets in het hotel te eten (ruime keus) en aan de bar was het erg gezellig. We reisden met vier personen waaronder een ouder echtpaar. Jammer dat het zo kort duurde (3 nachten) |
